Princes of Juvie

11. Shopping?

Present time, POV 3

The boys woke up to Dicks room, off course they didn't recognize it right away so when they woke up they jumped into a fighting stance and surveyed the area. When they realized where they where, they brought their hands downs. Looked at each other before laughing.

When they stopped laughing, Wally sped over to his room. They both changed into the cleaner set of clothing they had which consisted of jeans and plaid button up shirts. Red for Wally and blue for Dick. When they were decent they converged in Dicks room before brushing their hair and sharing a sweet, short kiss.

After they were ready they opened the door, to make their way down stairs, only to be met with Barry right in their face. Barry was smirking, knowing that they slept in the same bed seeing as he came to check on the boys late last night, only to find them both in Dicks room. Of course he couldn't blame them, they were in a relationship and they were in a new place. But that wouldn't stop him from teasing them.

"Heloooooo boys" Barry said to them both, "ready for a day of shopping?" He asked. "Yes, all though we are a little nervous" Dick talked for both of them. " Great lets get breakfast" Barry said over his shoulder as he walked to the stairs. Wally and Dick quickly followed.

When they got to the table, Bruce was already seated at the head reading a newspaper while Alfred was making breakfast. Barry sped over to the right of Bruce sitting down while the boys make their way to the left. On the table where bowls of strawberries, blueberries and a bowl of chocolate chips. There was a pitcher of orange juice sitting in the middle and next to it a container of maple syrup. Alfred then walked out of the kitchen with a plate piled high with pancakes.

Both Barry and Bruce dug in, but the boys were a little hesitant not recognizing.. anything but the strawberries. The adults in the room notice and frown.

"Go on, try my pancakes, Bruce like it at your age and he didn't like anything" Alfred said smirking.

The younger boys cracked a smile at that. The adults went back to eating and the kids a little but after, but more hesitant. After taking a bit, there eyes both widened and they dug in. The adults saw and smiled seeing the boys enjoy something they should have enjoyed a while ago. When they had finished Dick and Wally had grabbed the dishes and locked the door to the kitchen before any of the adults could get up.

When the boys had gotten the door locked, Wally ran over to the other ways in and locked those to. They wanted to repay them for getting them out of juvie, so they decided to start with small things. Dick dumped the extra food in the trash, he then handed the plate to Wally who was using his super speed to wash them before putting them on the rack to dry. When they were done, they both undid the locks on the doors, they walked into the dinning room again to be meet with Alfred, Bruce, and Barry standing there with their arms crossed.

"You don't need to do the dishes, you know this right?" Barry asked

"Well you have do me so much for us" Dick started

"We wanted to do something for you" Wally finished.

The adults smiled at the two boys. They seemed psychically linked.

"Ok well now that the dishes are done, let's get this party on the road" Bruce said before turning around and walking to the front, where Alfred was magically waiting for them. The boys caught up and got in the car with blacked out windows. They wanted to be less flashy for a shopping spree. Bruce put on a pair of sunglasses seeing as they were going into a public place.

"I hope you don't mind I called some friends to come and help" Bruce informed Wally and Dick. "They will be meeting us when we get there"
