Chapter Episode 2

Carried Away

Pikon was a blue water filled planet. Unlike earth it only took people one drink of water to quench your thirst for ever, well at least whilst you were on that planet.
Hills and food, with houses, and other buildings had to be crystallized out of the water. However there was land, but only little to contend with the vast amounts of water.
This was the traditional place to be sorted out for the big fights, on another plant. After seeing the huge display of alien fighters, there was no way two humans from earth could even fathom one win, but we were here. Seeing my distress. The Lead Burter 'Connel', for that was the gave I gave him in my head, decided it was better suited if we stayed on the ship, whilst the other fighters were taken off.
It was some time beforethe ship took of again, during which time, dad and I were only to happy too be alive and be together. For some reason, I felt like I had failed . . . somehow.
Some time passed as we scrubbed and cleaned the entire ship, dad would watch thing about the ship that were too hard for me.
We were given something like ear plugs to place in or ears. After which, we could understand the aliens, as if they were speaking in plain ordinary English.
Another week had past, and finally, we were landing.
Now able to understand their speech, we overheard some bits and ends. They had taken some huge orbs, that glowed, and were on their way to, some other alien race, to get information about the orbs. I didn't know at the time . . . that we had another type of alien on board, held prisoner in the belly of the ship; otherwise we might have gotten away much sooner.
We forced ourselves into lifting the very heavy arms or other paraphernalia for our captives in order to tag along. The weigh alone caused the binds to cut into my body, but when you are light years away from your planet, amongst alien creatures that would kill you at any moment, or worse, their was nothing really to complain about, just be glad to be alive.
Dad was taking it hard, I'm not sure if it is because of my suffering, or because he misses mom, and wonders how she was doing.
The next part though . . .

The place looked a wreck, giant craters and giant holes filled every where., lava potholes dotted the landscape, and the scent was barbaric.
Creatures much like earth's monkeys, were coming out of their holes. as as the hill sides were some of them.
The biggest of them, an ape so huge that it dwarfed the others, and not only that, he was a golden colour. As it moved towards them, he could feel the radiant pressure of his power. Huge drops of water flowed down from its eyes. Being distracted by everyone advancing towards the huge ape, Gaius fell over a pothole and everything he was straining to bear up went crashing down.
Barely just a glance over at him, everyone's focus was back on the huge ape.
"What  do  you  want?"
"We want to know the secrets of the wish orbs."
"Why . . .so that you don't have to send Globens over to destroy us . . .?"
"And what makes you think that was or doing" Connel returned.
". . . don't  you  play  with  me  Connel. We  know  it was  you. Who  else  would  have  a  reason  to  betray  us,  and,  stand  to  profit  from  such. It  was  you." The big beast's speech was slow, but thunderous.
"Can you tell us about the wish orbs . . ?"
The big beast studied Connel, his armies, and his fellow primates, And then his gaze rested on me and dad.
"Humans, humans? I see your greed knows no bounds, Connel."
"I see your people have passed down the knowledge of your ancestors well, Frankfurt. But now that you have gotten a good look, maybe we can get back to business, maybe we will even throw in the humans as a souvenir, but speak now, for our patience runs low."
"We . . , we will never submit to you Connel, never!"
"Raaahr!!"
"Boom!!!"
With those last words the monkey fired a huge blast of light from his mouth, which Connor seemed to expect, for he was running for cover before the Mister had time to let it off. Though many of the other Burter soldiers died screamed violently in the beam of very intense yellow heat.
Dad grabbed onto me as I stood in wonder, and flung both me and himself into one of the dig outs.
The blast had left a huge crater in the ground. 'Now we know where those huge craters came from. Pretty soon the other all of the giants amongst the hairy brown beasts joined in.
Connel, in a trench was busy speaking to his hands contact device. This wasn't the first time his army had had a "disagreement", but this was the first time he was here to settle the feud.
"Aghaaaaaaah!!!"
The screams horrid screams of Burters, burning to death filled the air. Then suddenly the huge primates turned their blasts skywards. The moon was full, deathly full, and aliens not much bigger than dad, but with funny looking heads and some with horns came into view. The . . y . . they we're . . . flying in the sky . . . with nothing assisting them.
"Tsummn." ""Tsummm."
   "Tsummn." ""Tsummm . . ."
The creatures though only about twelve in number, were shooting the larger monkeys right through the heart with deadly accuracy, whilst the smaller monkeys tried to escape.
"Tsummn." ""Tsummm . . ."
"Commander, the people of Arctic are here!" One of Connel's subordinates yelled.
"Tsummn." ""Tsummm . . ."
"I know . . . I know!" It was obvious, that these were not the backup he had requested. The people from the planets of Arctic were even colder than their names implied. It was a good thing that their females could only produce three children in a lifetime, keeping their numbers extremely low.
"Tsummn." ""Tsummm . . ."
Just then the Burger's joined in, this time firing away at the Arctic people. Thought very fast, the numerous shots were just enough of a distraction.
"Eeeeeeeouuuu . . . bushshshsshshuuuuueeeee!!!!!"
The golden monkey fired off his powered up wave of heat, much bigger, and its heat scorched things not even near its path, as the blast took out three of the Arctic people, leaving two more badly injured, and the other seven now fighting in fear as more of their enemies moved to target them.
"Tsummn." ""Tsummm . . ."
"Aaaghaaaaaa!!" more screams continued to fill the air as the Article people moved at speeds almost unseeable.
They were on a path of vengeance for their dead comrades, and the Golden monkey, was at the top of their list.
