Setting a little bit of time aside once a week to pamper your skin goes a long way. It really does. This is less focused on getting rid of acne a d more focused on the overall health, glow and elasticity of your skin. Although obviously... Healthier skin = less breakouts ya know 😉
Here's my personal pamper routine for my skin: use it or don't 💕 (but do cause it's bomb AF!!)
1. Remove all makeup
2. Steam - my

( fill a bowl with hot water, keep your head over the bowl, put a towel over your head) stem for 5 minutes
3. Deep cleanse- For this I use my sonic facial cleansing brush and I gentle cleanser. I massage my face with this brush for another 5 minutes and rince with cool water.
4. Exfoliate - I make my own scrub using sugar and olive oil BTW 😉
5. Next use a pore cleaner of your choice... Apple pore strips, charcoal masks, etc. A deep cleaning mask is fine too.
6. Now for hydration. Use your favourite mask, whether it's diy or store bought, mine is store bought but it's highly affordable. Ad a drop of aloe Vera to the mask and smooth it unto your skin. Let it sit for 15 - 20 min
7. This part is optional
The facial massage - there are plenty of tools you can use, I use a jade roller, but a spoon or even your fingers work perfectly!! There are plenty tutorials for this online too.
