Life Saver (Orisa X Reader)

You sighed as you got off of your flight, it was a tough day. You had recently moved out of your home town into the city of Numbani to be closer to your new job. As much as you missed Hanamura, this would be best for you. You grabbed your luggage, pulling up a GPS on your phone, you had rented an apartment nearby. 

You looked around, the city was beautiful, so many pretty designs, and unique statues scatted about the place. It was perfect. You eventually got to your apartment, unlocking the door, it was the average, bland, apartment, you sighed "I'll get furniture eventually to spice it up..." You packed away your things.

You walked outside, since you had no car it meant you would have to walk to your work to meet your boss. You briskly walked along the sidewalk, you didn't want to be late to meet them. You walked through the crosswalk, but a car came flying through the street, you screamed as it came close to you....It was dark, were you dead? 

You opened your eyes to see a tall omnic female, it had stopped the car from hitting you, she turn her head a friendly expression, she then turned back to the driver "Be careful next time" She helped you to the other side of the road, your heart was racing "Th-Thank you...You saved my life" She giggled "It's all in a days work friend!" You sighed happily "How can I ever repay you?" She shook her head "No need, but you should go, you seemed like you were in a hurry to get somewhere"

You nodded, continuing to run to your meeting, you made it right on time, even the rest of that day..You still couldn't get that omnic off your mind, if it weren't for her, you would have been a goner. As you walked home from your meeting you sunk into the warm sheets of your bed, sighing happily. You realized, you didn't even get her name. 

You let out a long yawn, soon drifting off to sleep. The next morning you woke up to a knock at your door, you rubbed your eyes, getting up. You walked over, still sleepy "H-Hello?.." It was the female omnic again, but this time with a little girl, she smiled "Hello! My name is Efi, I'm Orisa's creator, she wanted me to meet you. She turned her head "Orisa is this your girlfriend you told me about?" Orisa became flustered "I-I never said that Efi..." You felt your face heat up a bit, you smiled "Well, she did save my life, if being her girlfriend would be repaying her I'd love to" Orisa let out a surprised gasp.

The only thing you could think was "What the fuck just came out of my mouth? Second day here and I already have a girlfriend!?" Efi smiled "You hear that Orisa?! You have a girlfriend! Just like you've wanted for a long time!" Orisa was twiddling her fingers gently "Y-Yes....". You blushed "How about, I get dressed and the three of us can go to the cafe together, I'll pay for it" Orisa giggled "Well, that does sound nice....What do you think Efi?" Efi looked up at her "We'd love to!" You invited them in to wait on the couch for you.

You looked through your wardrobe, trying to find what would be fitting for the occasion. Just then you heard your door open "Y/N?" It was Orisa, you looked back "Yes?" Orisa twiddled her fingers again "Would you like some help picking out an outfit?" You were surprised, nobody had ever offered that to you before. "I-I mean Ok.." Orisa looked through your wardrobe, eventually pulling out a light green sundress "The green would compliment your hair and eyes very well, and the dress shape fits your natural figure" You blushed as she handed it it you "I'll leave so you have privacy now" She left the room.

You got dressed and slipped on a nice pair of flip flops with the dress, soon walking back out into the living room "What do you think?" Efi smiled "Awe! You look so pretty" Orisa had a happy look in her eyes "You look stunning Y/N, shall we head out?" You nodded, walking over and opening the front door for them, walking to the nearby cafe.

You all sat down at a circular table, ordering what you would like. When your food and drinks came you smiled, looking up at Orisa "So, have any hobbies?" Orisa tilted her head "Hobbies?...." Efi smiled "Just things you do for fun Orisa" Orisa snapped "Oh! I love helping the citizens of this town, I choose to be their protector, it makes me feel warm and cozy inside" You grinned "You have a pure heart of gold" Orisa giggled "you're too kind..."  Efi looked over at you "I'm glad that Orisa finally has someone to love".

You felt something cold touch your hand, Orisa was..Holding your hand?.You blushed, but couldn't help smiling. Later that day Efi and Orisa walked through town with you, showing you some of the statues and special places. Efi stepped nearby a large garden "This place is Orisa's favorite, she loves the cherry blossoms" Orisa reached upward toward the flowers "The tree is too tall now..I can't reach them Efi" Efi got a sad expression "Awe, I'm sorry Orisa".

Fire burned within your heart, you began climbing the tree, Orisa looked up "Y/N what are you doing?" You plucked a few of the flowers and slid back down the tree, holding them out to Orisa "I decided I would get some for you, since you like them dear..." Orisa covered the spot where her mouth would be "Oh...Y/N...They're so lovely..." She took them gently. 

Efi had a smile on her face "You two are so cute together, if you'd like I could go ahead home and let you two have some alone time"  You blushed "That would...Be nice, thank you Efi" Efi smiled and walked back home, waving to you, Orisa looked down at you, then looked down at the cherry blossoms you had plucked for her "Do you....Really love me Y/N?" She turned to you. You blushed a bit more "I'll admit it...I've grown...A real bond to you Orisa, there's just something about you I admire, plus you're my life saver, why wouldn't I?"

Orisa giggled, turning her head "You're too sweet to me Y/N....Today has been amazing, thank you"  She leaned down and let your lips press against where her mouth would be, you felt your face heat up. Orisa nuzzled you "I will protect you for as long as I'm alive Y/N, I love you"
