"Ten minutes. He just broke his own record. The guy's inhuman," Kai says as they look over the railing, waiting for Zane to come up.

"How in the world is Zane able to do that?" I asked. Zane finally surfaced, trying to catch his breath.

"Amazing!" Cole exclaimed.

"We're not worthy," Jay says, getting on his knees and bowing with his arms straight up.

"I broke the record," Zane asks.

"You destroyed it!"Kai says, holding a watch.

"Okay. Okay. Is anyone thinking what I'm thinking? We've been training for so long, I don't think we can get any better. Just think about all that we've accomplished." Jay says as Cole jumps, kicks, and punches.

Kai runs on heated rocks with me on his back.

Jay balances upside down on an antenna while it is lighting it. "Sorry, Jay, but no way I'm helping you with that," I say.

Cole adds many weights on a bar and lifts it with Jay holding me and a turkey and Nya on the other end with a dumbbell.

"The question should be raised. Perhaps we have reached our full potential?" Zane asks.

"Well, let's stop questioning it and go," I say as they head to Sensei's room.

"Well, every morning I do 500 push-ups," Zane says.

"Five hundred? Ha, try a thousand." Kai says as he opens the door.

"What is this amateur hour? Sound like my warm-up," Cole says as we walk up to Sensei Wu.

"Sorry boys, but I beat you all in those so call workouts," I laugh; I walk over to the wall and lean against it with my arms crossed. I looked at the boys with shocked faces; they probably just noticed the new outfit, which was more of a bad girl style.

"Anyway, Sensei, what does true potential look like if--" Cole says, but we see Wu upset. I stand up straight, and we put our hands together and bow.

"Our apologies, Sensei. We've interrupted you." Zane apologizes.

"I'm sorry if I've been distant lately. My mind has been elsewhere since Lloyd had gone missing." Sensei says.

"Tell me about it," I say as I remember how I was crying for so long; now, I just train.

"What can I help you with?" Wu asks.

"Sensei, what if we've done enough training? What if we've reached our true potential? What if we're ready?" Cole asks.

"You might have reached peak physical condition, but you've yet to reach your inner potential. In each and every one of us, there are obstacles that hold us back. Only when you conquer that fear will your heart be free. Only then will you reach your true potential. Only then will we have a fighting chance to stop the Serpentine from releasing the Great Devourer." Sensei says.

'The key is to conquer something like a fear, but a deep one that is holding us back?' I thought.

"There's more to the Great Devourer than you've led on, isn't there, sensei?" Zane asks.

"I, too, have obstacles within my own heart. There's a story I've never told you," Sensei says; now I'm very curious about what the story was?

"Long ago, when I was a young boy, Garmadon and I were more than brothers. We were the best of friends." Sensei says but is interrupted.

"Wait a minute. I know you two were brothers, but really? The king of Cruelty, the Doer of Destruction, the Captain of Chaos. And you two were friends?" Jay questions while waving his arms around.
