5 ~ Five

~Niko~

I started at the guy holding my beloveds hand. It bothered me so much. It just made me want to stab him on the spot. (Y/n) would still be a witness even though she's blind. So I just smiled and hoped for the better.

“Hi, I'm Niko.” I introduced. The guy stared at me blankly, talk about rude.

“I know who you are, your the one who hurt (y/n).” he stated. “ Aren't you ashamed of yourself.” he added.

I smiled. Am I ashamed of myself? No way! I could care less if I hurt her. She still  rejected me, after in made it clear that I loved her. She left me… alone…

“I don't really care if inn harmed her or not.” I looked over to their linked hands and them to (y/n) face. “It seems like your making her uncomfortable.”

He looked over to his hand and immediately released her hand. I began to walk closer to them. I stopped right in front (y/n). I touched her hair, she began to shiver.

“Still afraid of me, my love?” I smirked.

She blushed vibrantly. “We-well of course I missed you!” she shouted. In braced her into a hug. I could feel the heat from her face through my shirt.

“How about you come over--”

“She can't.” that guy interrupted.

“Why?” I asked, hugging (y/n) tighter.

“Because her mother is going to be worried. I need to get her home.” he separated her from me pushed her away.

I watched as they slowly disappeared. I sighed. A new target to add to my list.

I brought out a piece of paper. “But I don't know his name… how about…” in the end I could think of anything. I'll just have to kill him as soon as possible. I smiled and walked away.

~Grey~

I was walking up and down the house as (y/n) was asleep. That's the guy who hurt her. Why is he here? He going to steal her from m--. Who am I kidding?! She could never be with me… possibly.

I called her mother saying she was asleep and I'm going home. I left her a message that will replay every hour.

'Niko...' I thought about his name. (Y/n) said she did miss him. Doesn't she hate him for what he did?

I sighed, "I'll just have to protect her from now on. It would be that hard."

~Reader~

Ever since I heard from Niko again, I haven't informed my mother about it. She doesn't need to know at all anyway. He seems perfectly fine.

I should have asked for his number or something... but mom is in charge of anything I do. She would obviously be suspicious of his number and call.

Grey didn't come today at all. I heard his message. It was kind of he to leave me one.

"(Y/n)!" my mother called. "Did you and Grey have a good time?" she asked.

I remembered we couldn't get ice cream because we were causing a commotion. "Y-yeah, we did." I lied.

"That's good..." she sounded sad.

"Is something wrong?" I questioned.

"Y-you see. I've been promoted."

"Isn't that good?"

"Well yes... but not in your case. This promotion means I'm going to be having to travel a lot." she paused. "And I won't be able to see you."

"I see..." I was sad about that.

"But," she chuckled. "I don't want you to be alone all the time, so I decided to send you to school."

I jumped up. I get to go to school now! I can finally make friends...

But wouldn't that mean I won't be able to see Grey?

I seated. Grey was the first friend I made since I've been home schooled.

"Is that fine with you (y/n)?" my mother asked.

"Yeah, I'm just thinking about Grey."

"No need, he'll still come over and tutor you." my mother cupped my head into her hands and kissed my forehead. "Time for bed, you have a big day ahead of you."
