"How f*cken dare you!"
"It was an accident!"
"It's all your fault"
It's as if the world froze. Just for a minute. But it seemed like an eternity. As the cold winter wind blew past me, I realized what had just happened. And it was all my fault. If I wasn't so impatient none of this would've happened. What did I just do? How will Luke forgive me?
I was in a trance as I sat on the hospital bed. Time seemed to stand still as nurses and worried family members rushed through the white halls.
I didn't realize what was happening until the cops showed up in my room.
**PRESENT DAY**
As I walked in the shining warm sun, I started to remember how good it was being with Luke. My ghosts still seem to haunt me, but hopefully after seeing him, I can move on.
