Between Two Hearts [Eunseob & Woojoo Story]

It's weekend and it's eunseob's birthday, They did what they planned. They watch movie, play at arcade, shopping and eat. They spend their whole day at the mall.


"Lets buy cake!" Woojoo stop at the bake shop "let's buy this!" He pointed at the strawberry cake


"Why do we need a cake?"


"Ofcourse you need to make a wish blow a candle! I want to sing happy birthday too" he smiled at eunseob and the tall guy pat his head and went inside the bake shop to buy the cake woojoo wants


They went home and woojoo excitedly put the cake at the dining table. He set the candle and eunseob sit beside him too.


Woojoo sing happy birthday to eunseob, the tall guy was about to blow the candle


"Make a wish first!" Woojoo said


Eunseob close his eyes and make a wish, he blow the candle after


"What is your wish?"


"You!"


"M-me?"


"Yes you!" He lock woojoo's face on his hands "i want you to stay with me for long!" He kissed woojoo's nose


"I'm not going anywhere! I will never leave you!"


"Promise?"


"Promise!"


The last thing he did is to give woojoo a deep kiss, the boy response immediately, they just stop when eunseob's phone ring, it's a call from yeoreum


"Yeoreum!"


"Is this miss yeoreum's relative"


"Who is this?"


"She got into an accident and still unconscious, I'm his doctor and I just tried to contact the number on her phone, if you can come here please do!"


"Yes I will come right now! Thank you for calling"


Eunseob ended the call and hurriedly grab his car key


"W-what happened?" Woojoo asked


"Yeoreum is in the hospital I need to go there!"


Woojoo can't help but sigh


"Why you? Why not her parents or any other people? Why it's always you?"


Eunseob didn't expect woojoo's behavior


"Woojoo, yeoreum needs me now!"


"What about me? I need you too! I need your time and attention too"


"I will come back please wait for me okay?"


"If you will leave now then you will never see me again!"


"WOOJOO!" He shouted at him "why are you acting like that?" He is trying to calm himself


"Leave if you want! GO LEAVE!" He went to his room and lock the door


He is trying to control his emotion but he burst into tears when he heard the door from outside got closed. Eunseob really left the house


He is so mad, he decided to pack his clothes and leave. He called his mom to fetch him, he don't care if his voice sounds terrible but he need some comfort from his mom


"M-mom!"


"Woojoo what's with the sudden call?"


"I-i'm here at the bust stop! C-can you fetch me?"


"What happened? Are you crying? Wait for me I'll go there now"


Eunseob went to a hospital and saw yeoreum lying in bed and talking to her mom, he feels relieaved to see yeoum looks okay now, he walks towards her and yeoreum noticed him, the girl smile and waved at him


"What happened?" His voice is full of concern


"I got hit by a motorcycle but it's not that worst! Why are you here? You should be celebrating your birthday!"


"I will buy coffee first!" Yeoreum mom said and left them


"How can i celebrate my birthday when i know you are here!"


"Where is woojoo?"


He didn't answer


"You left him? You better celebrate your birthday with him and don't worry about me! If I'm woojoo I will get mad at you!"


"But he knows that you are my bestfriend. Woojoo is a nice person he will understand me"


"Hey even the nicest person on earth has a limitation, you better focus on him more if you don't want him to get tired of you."


Eunseob doesn't want that to happen, just by imagining it gives him too much heartache now


"Oppa please take care of him, take care of the boy you love! I still remember your face that time you told me about him. You are happy!"


Eunseob take a deep sigh


"I think I need to go home now!" He stood up and pat yeoreum's head


"Okay fighting!"


He left the hospital immediately, but when he came back to his house it's all empty now, no woojoo that welcome him at the door, he got nervous about it. He tried to call the boy but he can't reach him, he even sent messages but didn't get any reply



"Hey what's the matter? You space out!" Kyun pat woojoo's shoulder


"Nothing!"


"I've been talking to you for 10 minutes already but I feel lile talking to myself, you're not even reading that book you are holding, you are still on page 1"


"I left eunseob's house last night!"


"Huh? Why?"


"I don't think he loves me that much!"

He told his friend everything that happened last night


"Forget him, he is not the only guy in the universe!"


"He may not be the only guy in the universe but he is the only that matters"


Tears starts falling from his eyes again




Its been 2 days since woojoo left the house, eunseob keep on calling and sending him messages but he didn't reply any of it.


Eunseob told his seniors about why he didn't get enough sleep for the past days.


"If I'm woojoo I will do the same too!" Bin said


"Hey hyung don't make eunseob feel bad!" Seong said while comforting eunseob


"He didn't reply and answer my calls, I even waited for him outside their school but I never see him." He smile bitterly


"Life is too short eunseob, there is no time to leave important words unsaid! If you love him then go get him again, tell him straight to his face!" Bin said in a serious tone "i don't want to see you like that everyday! That's your fault, accept it, apologize and get him again!"


"Hyung can I go now?"


"Ofcourse! We will take care of everything don't worry!"


Eunseob stood up and run until he reached to his car, he needs to get woojoo again today no matter what happens.


He drive as fast as he can until he reaached woojoo's place. He is nervous but he can't back out, he pressed the doorbell few times before woojoo's mom open it.


"Eunseob? What are you doing here?"


"If you will just let me ma'am i would like to talk to woojoo!"


"Come in! Please wait at the living room." Woojoo's mom smile at him before the old lady went to woojoo's room


After few minutes of waiting, woojoo's mom went to him


"He will come out, I need to go outside first so you two can talk!" she smiled and walk away


Suddenly woojoo get out of his room and walk down the stairs slowly while giving him a sharp stare, woojoo sit at one of the couch beside eunseob


"What do you want?"


"You!" He said straight to his face that makes woojoo look at him


"For what?"


"Look woojoo" he hold woojoo's hands and look straight to his eyes "I'm sorry if I hurt you, I didn't mean it! I'm sorry for being so stupid, i will do everything so please let's go home now!" His voice almost crack


Woojoo can see liquid from eunseob's eyes


"Hyung do you know how many times you hurt me? How many times i cried? You taken me for granted"


"No! Baby no!" He got surprised by himself too when he kneel infront of woojoo while holding the boy's hands "that's not true! I realized it all when you left me. I just thought you will never do that kind of thing because you are the most understanding and nice person that I know! I'm wrong and I accepted it, you can slap or punch me now but please let's go home now! It's so hard, it hurts to breathe because every breath I take proves that I can't live without you!"


Woojoo can't help but cry


"D-do you even love me?" Woojoo's voice is shaking while asking those words


Eunseob hold woojoo's face and wipe the boy's tears with his fingers


"I love you! I fell in love with you since the day i first saw you!"


Woojoo cried even more but it's mixed emotion now.


"Can we go home now?"


Woojoo nods and smile at him, eunseob stared at the boy's face as if he is memorizing every details on woojoo's face


"I miss you like crazy and I want you like crazy!" And gave woojoo a quick kiss on his lips


"H-hey not here!"


"Then can I do it when we get home?"


Woojoo nods and eunseob hugged him so tight


"I love you so much woojoo!"
