The Puppet

Introduction

As the moon rose high above the dark, gloomy sky, huge droplets of rain rapidly fell from grey clouds which lingered in the air over a gargantuan clearing in a forest. In the centre of the clearing, a colossal house squatted quietly. Many of the tiles from the roof were missing and smashed windows adorned the front of the house. White cobwebs and huge, black spiders replaced the lost glass.
