darkest sil's gem gives him his powers but also keeps him alive the only weakness darkest has if he gets hit where his gem is or if someone pulls it out of his chest he will die but luckily the gem will return to him and then he acts like nothing happened but when darkest feels alone and feels like he has no one to talk to he turns to his gem but ....when he dose that the gem takes over him for a few minutes
