5. The one with pamperings before the wedding 😌

The sun rays woke MaNan up and Nandini was the first to open her eyes and  just like any other girl would, admired his face. He was so...beautiful. And she knew it was an adjective rarely used for men but he just was soooo beautiful. Like a painting or a poem or a piece of art.

His eyes that were innocent and edgy at the same time, his cute little nose, his ears which he found weird(and only god knows why) and his lips....no adjective could describe his lips which were so naturally pink that even she got envious sometimes. Infact she remembered the first time they talked she actually thought he was wearing lipstick and thought about the shade he must have chosen. Nandini laughed at her thoughts when she heard manik say very slowly
"Ahh exactly the sound I'd like to wake up to".

N-Good morning Manik

M-Good morning manik ki jaan-e-bahar

N-Oho kya baat h aaj bare shayrana mood me

M-Kuch ni bs subah subah tmhe dekha na isilie...Acha tell me what were you thinking when I woke up?

N-Arre go na I was admiring your face...

M-Achaaa toh why were you laughing?

N-Oh that hehe...Arre I was remembering how when I first saw you I thought your lips were pink because of lipstick  and I wondered the shade and now that I know they're naturally this pink, which btw I am veryyy envious of, I was laughing at my thought...

M- Tm bhi na nandini...And you know I have a cure for the envy

N-Acha do you have some home remedy kya?

M-What no?! Nandini you're weird.

N-Arre toh tmne hi kaha na you've a solution for this tell na

Manik pulls her by her waist and says- ha toh hai na.. Let's kiss each other after every 15 minutes and after that if your lips aren't as pink as mine, then umm...We'll think of something else...

N-Achaa ji...Aur function k beech me har 15 min pe mai kya bolunga sbko ki maa papa wait mujhe manik k sath pink lips classes krne h?!

M-Oh my god nandini hahahah that sounds so good in my head... Please let's try it na ekbar

N-Haha whatever. Now get up and get lost.

M-Arre aise kaise pehle good morning kiss toh do..

N- Ummm....No.

Nandini pushes Manik off her and goes near the door when suddenly Manik spins her and cages her between him and the door.

M-Nandini don't you know, I always get what I want...And right now I want to kiss you

N-Even if I say no then also you'll try to kiss me?

M-Ofcourse not what do you think I am some illiterate who doesn't know what consent is?

N-Haye manik I think my heart just fluttered. Kiss me already!

M-With pleasure Nandini. With pleasure.

And then as their lips collide like a firework show, nandini's hands are tangled in his hair while Manik wraps his around her waist. A knock and Alia's voice break their kiss and then before opening the door Nandini kisses manik's cheeks.

Al-Good morning love birds. Now manik please leave so we can talk about what you guys did and didn't last night.

M-Oh in that case Nandini make sure you tell Alia the part where we were planning to kick her out of our group right after our reception

Al-Whatever jerk. Get lost!

Al-Sooooo let's start with your tell all

Rose enters from behind and chirps -hey not without me!

N- There's nothing to tell... We... Actually Manik suggested that we should wait until our wedding... Which by the way is tomorrow so stop rushing as if it's now or never!

R- i never thought I'd say this but it's actually good that you guys haven't  done it yet.

A- Yeah after all it's called "first night" for a reason. It would be even more special.

R-So anyway what's the plan for today? I say let's make it a girl's day and just go for a mani pedi and spa...god knows i could use a massage.

A- Yeah she's right Nandu let's call the other girls too.... Hey what about your friends we haven't met them yet.

N-Oh no worries I'll call them upstairs and I'll call Mukti too i feel like i haven't seen my own sister since the wedding preps have begun.

After few minutes Mukti alaong with two girls, Vee aka Vandana and  Naina; and two guys Sam aka Samarth and  Farhan.

N-So guys these are my friends vee sam naina farhan and you obviously know ky darling little sister Mukti and guys that's Alia and that's Rose.

V- Hey Alia i actually already know you. I saw your dance video on YouTube. Killer moves babe.

F- Oh yeah i saw that you. You've got moves yo.

A-Thanks vee and Farhan well you should see me moving

S-Okay wow guys relax. We've just met.
Though i won't say tye same for you Rose. Feels like I've seen you before.

Na-Oh yeah sam where? Raj ki party me?!

And with that they all break into laughter and Nandini sighs knowing that her friends and Manik's friends are getting along well.

Mu-Okay okay now guys leave we've a mani pedi session lined up.

F-Well if Aluu's there i won't mind a day of pampering myself. And winks at Alia

N-Your "Aluu" knows and so should you that it's girls only so bye.

They all went to the spa and everyone enjoyer and relaxed. It was now Hair styling time when Vee took rose to help her with something and they didn't come back until everyone was done.
When they were all done with the pamperings they left the spa and were about to leave when a guy came and closed both Nandini and Naina's eyes and said college k sath sath college ke doston ko v bhul gae kya tmlog?

Both of them turned and yelled with joy Oh my god Aryan! And three of them hugged when Aryan saw Vee too and said What tujhe alag se invite kru? Come here.

After they broke the hug Nandini introduced Aryan to everyone and Aryan was as shicked as Nandini to meet Rose.

Ar- Are mukku tu to hot ho gayi yaar. Pehle pata hota toh 1st year se tujhoe try krta..hayeee

Mu-Bas bas haan AK. You're the same flirt. But since you've become sweet now...av v try krle kya pata shayad maybe mujhe taras aa jae aur patt jaun.

As they came home all were laughing and talking.

R-Remember how in college AK and nandu were so close everyone thought they were secretly dating.

N- Han vo toh lagega hi this idiot was always around me ticking me kissing my cheeka and all

Ar-Han to yhat haven't changed now either. And kissed her cheeks and nandini went all chii yaar brush v kia h tune ya ni?!

Mu-Huh and i thought you were hitting on me! Haye ye zalim larka!

Ar-Oho muku tmhe toh privately dunga na kiss av toh filhaal mri nandu.....

"Nandini where were you I've been calling you since so long" Manik comes looking for Nandini and sees Aryan kissing her cheeks.

Ma- Woah. Hands off mister.

R-And with that R.I.P Aryan Khanna.

V-What yaar Rose tm bhi na?!

Ar-Bro chill. I'm not hitting on my own bff. And with the possessiveness you called me off i guess you're Manik? Nandu's would be Husband. Hi. I'm Aryan.

M-Hi. And sorry. I just went a little over board i guess.

N-Arre no na Manik. It's actually cute.

V- And Manik, we don't care uf you've missed Nandini but you guys are getting married tomorrow and today is. (looks at Aryan) was girls day so miss her a little more.

Ar-Yeah Manik let's us guys hangout let them be...and well later maybe we'll just crash their girls day.

M-Okay then.. We'll see you guys sooonnn.

V-Yeah like we'll let you!

F-We'll see about that vee. Guys come let's go on a drive.

M-Yeah let's go. Nandini...

N-Hmm

M-I..uh..miss you.

Everyone- Awwwwwwwwwwww now go!

All the girls spent the night talking teasing and planning what they will wear tomorrow. While the guys just went on a drive talked about their girls and the kinda girls the singles want and they by midnight everyone was asleep. Except Nandini. Maybe it was just a girl thing but she couldn't sleep and kept thinking about hows and what ifs. Restless she called Manik when he picked up in a sleepy voice.

M-Hello Nandini. All okay?

N-Sorry for waking you up Manik but actually i couldn't sleep amd i was panicking about tomorrow. And i thought i would come and meet you but  my door's locked and they have hidden the key.

M-Are Nandini it's okay. Acha let's talk until you can fall asleep okay?

And then Manik talked about anything and everything to help her calm down. And before they knew it both were asleep without any one hanging up.




Okay so Sorryyyyyy y'all that i took sooo long to write but my board exams are finally over and now I'll update as soon as i can type.
