Cherryfur had spent the entire morning hunting, he had only caught a few fish, but felt he had to catch more. He slowly made his way to the other end of the river, watching the water flow as he did. When he found a spot worthy of his time, he scanned the river for fish. A loud wail made him stop and look around. When the wailing continued, he slowly made his over to the sound. He soon realized what the cat was saying "Cherryfur!" he started sprinting, completely forgetting about his prey "Cherryfur, where are you?" he stopped when he got to camp, everyone looked at him when he entered, the concern quickly turning into anger, to relief. His farther looked at him and smiled, making Cherryfur feel worse than before. "who was calling me?" he asked as soon as his farther was on front of him. "*whatever his mothers name was*, we were worried" he added, gently pressing his nose to Cherryfurs cheek. "you should go see her, she's on the Warriors den." Cherryfur bonded to the warrior's den and stuck his head inside "hey" he said quietly, his mother turned her head to look at him, a soft smile on her face "Where were you?" she questioned, her voice soft, yet stern. "I was out hunting" he reasoned, "I heard you, and I came as fast as I could, and I'm sorry" he flopped beside his mother, pouting. She laughed slightly "at least your okay" she said nuzzling her muzzle in Cherryfur's fur.

Toadface huffed as he made his way though the forest with the rest of the cats on patrol. They were supposed to be hunting, but instead, they had there guard completely up, searching for the cat who went missing earlier in the day. Toadface really didn't care, he was asked to hunt, so that was what he was going to do. He broke off from the group, sniffing the air. It was currently winter, so that meant he needed to find as much prey as he could to feed his clanmates, the clanmates who were still at camp, the clanmates who made an effort not to get captured. While he was angrily reminiscing about the missing clanmates, a mouse was eating something. Toadface quickly went into a hunting crouch, stalking the oblivious mouse. He leaped right onto it, bending his head down to end the small creature's life.

When the patrol came back to camp they had very little prey. Scarstar, their leader, came up to them "welcome back, warriors" he had a very crooked smile on his face. The smile soon faded when he saw they Caught barely any prey. "what happened?" he asked, they patrol stared to blame Toadface "Toadface said we should look for foxpelt" a cat said, Toadface turned and glared at the younger warrior "why would you listen to me?" he reasoned, he turned back to Scarstar. "you can't believe them" "Toadface" he began "I'm sorry, but I have to listen to them, you are clearly out numbered in this"

Braveheart woke to the sun gently hitting her face, it was a very peaceful morning. Braveheart Got up and Yawned. "good morning" she said sheepishly to her clanmates as she walked passed, she got a nod back from most cats, some said hello or good morning back to her. Braveheart saw Brightstar, her leader, sitting on the high rock. Braveheart always wanted to be leader. She wanted the same respect the leaders had. She wanted kits to look up to her. She wanted to be feared by the other clans., to have that same respect, maybe even be seen by Brightstar herself, she had to do something important. Brightstar seemed to see Braveheart's gaze on her because she looked up and smiled at the younger she-cat. Braveheart smiled back.

Swiftpelt and his mate, sparrowfoot, were sitting just outside the warriors den. They had their pelts touching completely. In the winter, many cat's did this, trying to warm each other, and themselves up. A patrol had just come back from their hunting trip, they seemed to have quite a bit of prey "everyone will eat tonight!" one of the elders said. Swiftpelt's mate sighed "what's wrong" he asked gently "why do the elders get the first pick, if they can't hunt for themselves, why feed them." Sparrowfoot was obviously annoyed "we are the ones who hunt the food, they don't do anything for themselves" she growled "they deserve the rest, they've been here for a while, they've provided for the clan for moons. We have to give back to them" swiftpelt argued. They did that a lot, sparrowpelt just couldn't see the point of providing for their older clanmates. She would never Tell her leader about it though, that thought always scared her. Sparrowfoot just huffed, stood up, and left. Swiftpelt sighed and got up as well. He didn't follow her though, he went over to the deputy to see if he could do anything.

(this is later, for some reason)

Petalleaf and her clanmates where laughing and talkin as they set off to the gathering. She was exited to see the other clans again, the only difference being that she was a warrior now. She was ready to heer her name called. She was ready to see everyone's reactions to it. When they arrived, all the other clans were there, thunderclan, riverclan, windclan and shadowclan. Petalleaf always thought shadowclan was scary. They always gave her that vibe. "welcome warriors!" riverclans leader was the first to speak "we are thrilled to share that one of our apprentices has just received her warrior name" petalleaf could see the newly made warrior ducking her head down. Petalleaf smiled at that, she knew she wouldn't have the same reaction, she had this down packed. All the clans cheered, making the warrior blush in embarrassment. "that is great news" Brightstar, leader of thunderclan, said. Skyclans leader spoke next "we have also gained a new warrior" he ducked his head pointedly at petalleaf. She stood up taller as the clans congratulated her. Shadowcans leader spoke next "I'm sorry to ruin a perfectly good night, but our clans depuy as gone missing" the cats gasped. This was the firs time something like that as happened, and petalleaf was well aware of it. the shadowclan leader continued "I have appointed a temporary deputy, sunstripe, until we find foxpelt" petalleaf knew instantly who that was. He had bright fur, almost yellow, and bright green eyes. His face always seemed happy, but now he was frowning.
