WANG MANSION
Nicky is entering the dining area only to stop by the doorway when she saw Dylan at the dining table, reading the newspaper.
"Shit!" She cursed silently. "What is he doing here at this time?" She asked herself nervously.
Nicky was surprised to see her GeGe, he was never home at weekends. He usually stays at his Penthouse for some privacy with his women.
She secretly walked away from the dining room to avoid her brother, when she heard his booming voice.
"Don't even think about it, little sister!" Dylan bellowed. Not even looking up from reading the newspaper.
Sighing defeteadly, she walked back inside the dining room, walking towards their mother and getting ready to hear tirade early in the morning.
"Good morning, Ma." She greeted their mother and kissed her cheek before going around to seat next to Dylan. She refused any food offered by their housemaid, she already lost her appetite. She looked at his brother, gauging his mood. "Good morning, Ge." She greeted him.
Dylan out down the newspaper and eyed his sister, not even returning her greetings. "Well, aren't you going to say something?" He asked.
"Sorry?" Nicky awkwardly said, hoping that Dylan will accept it.
"SORRY!??" Dylan shouted, making Nicky jump on her seat. "Is that the only thing you can say?" He asked, he was trying to control his temper that is threatening to erupt everytime he remebers what happened last night.
"YIKES! He is really pissed." Nicky thought. She looked at their mother, begging for her support.
"Di, calm down" Celine said, trying to calm his son and to keep things turn into bloodbath.
"Ma, calm down?!" Dylan turned to their mother. "Do you have any idea what happened last night? What might happened if we weren't there?"
"No. But it's over now. It already happened and no amount of shouting will change that. So, why not talk this in a calmer manner?" Celine said softly to her son. She understands where her son is coming from. Ever since their father's death, he took the responsibility as the head of their family, taking care of them and she knows that he worries about his sister.
Dylan took a deep breath to calm himself and looked at Nicky. "Okay. Explain." He said. Leaning on his chair, arms crossed at his chest, waiting. "It better be good." He thought.
Nicky looked at their mom and back to her brother. Taking a deep, she said, "Look, I really don't know what happened." She started. "We were just having a good time, talking, laughing and the next thing I knew, things were getting out of hand." She continued, she shrugged her shoulders. "I swear, that's the first it happened." She said truthfully. Contrary to what everyone thinks, she and her friends are very careful when it comes to drinking. They don't allow themselves to drink beyond their limits and get wasted.
Dylan snorted. "Yeah, right." He said smirking, "that's not what I read on newspapers."
"Come on, Ge. YOU of all people should know that not everything written on newspaper is true." Nicky protested.
"Well, judging from what we've witnessed last night, I'm about to believe them." He said.
"That's not fair." Nicky protested again. "You have to believe me that it was the first it happened. Swear, cross my heart!" She even put her hand on her chest and raised the right one.
Then, she stopped. She tried to remember what happened last night. And it hit her. She remembered the guy who approached Yue with a drink on his hand and offered it to her.
