Nico's POV

The time had finally come.

The dreaded time involving being in the air during a lesson. Flying lessons! Ugggghhhhhhhh.

Us demigods were dreading stepping foot near those broomsticks.

Soon enough, Wednesday morning came around. At least we had it with the Slytherins. That was like the one thing Thalia, Percy and I were looking forward to. I knew that Zeus had promised not to zap us out of the sky but that didn't really soothe our nerves one bit.

Harry, on the other hand, was practically flying at the thought. Pun intended. He was buzzing to see Draco and to fly. Clearly, he had never done anything like this before.

Let's start in the morning.

Harry, being the earliest riser, woke up not long before Neville. They talked until around 7:30 AM. Then they woke us all up. Starting with me. Harry gently shook my shoulder telling me to wake up. When I didn't respond, he took my duvet. I, in my half asleep state, snatched them back.

"NICO WAKE UP!" Harry whisper-yelled into my ear. "You'll miss breakfast." He tried.

I just rolled over holding my duvet tightly. "I'll get Thalia to wake you up."

At these words, I rocketed up and out of bed in seconds. Harry and Neville were laughing their heads off at my reaction.

"What ya laughing at shorty?" When I said this, Harry stopped laughing.

"Hey! I'm not that short! Soon, I'll get a growth spurt and I'll be taller than you. Then who'll be laughing, huh?" He defended.

I laughed and responded with, "I'm sure you will squirt. Until then, I'm still taller so ha! Now, kids, ya wanna know how to wake a sleeping wild Percy Jackson?" At their nods, I took Percy's special never-ending supply of his mom's cookies and gently rattled the tin making Percy stir a little in his sleep. I then took the lid off and swiftly swiped the tin under Percy's nose. He moved again, becoming more awake.

I put the tin under his bed, said: "Someone stole your cookies!". He started to wake up fully at that moment. Then I pushed him off his bed and jumped on top of him.

It was unnecessary and not the nicest wake-up call but hey, it worked didn't it? It also got the boys laughing. Now for Ron.

"You two have any ideas to get Ron up?" Percy asked from his position on the floor where I was still pinning him down. I turned to boys and Percy used it to his advantage. He flipped me over onto the floor and got up.

Harry put on a sly expression, walked over to Ron slowly as if he were a wild animal that could strike at any moment. He got to the side of the bed, facing Ron's back. As quick as lightning, Ron was on the floor and Harry was at our side once again.

"Bloody hell! What did you do 'a Hermione' for? Who did it? Why?" He demanded, starting to rub his poor side as he had fallen onto it.

"It was me. I did it because you needed to get up. Also, I didn't do it nearly as hard as Hermione did. It was kinda funny though, you gotta admit. Besides, we have flying lessons first thing today." Harry said with an innocent expression on his face but mischief shone brightly in his eyes.

Ron pouted and said, "I swear to Merlin, I will get you back, Harry. It may have been funny but I didn't like it! Just be glad that flying saved you. On that note, I can't wait to fly! I do it all the time at home. It's so cool. Are you looking forward to it?"

Neville, Percy and I shook our heads and Harry nodded.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you, dad said your parents and your aunt and uncle said you two could go to my house. Hermione's parents said she could as well. Oh, and he said your cousin is coming too, Harry. Dudley, I think his name is? That's what dad said anyway." Ron cheered at Percy's words. Harry just pretended to be happy. By the looks of it, only I could see he was faking. He was good, but I was better. I'm good at reading people.
