Y/N's POV

My breath lessened and lessened as my legs kept moving on the uneven ground. I didn't know where I was going. The woods were somewhat dark, as I used my phone flashlight to illuminate the ground, but it wasn't too bright. I heard that..thing behind me, but wasn't going to look back now.

"Don't look back!" A whisper rang in my head, but it wasn't my own voice. But I couldn't dwell on it now. I kept moving, huffing and light sweat dripping down my forehead, to my chin. I saw an arch coming from in front of me, and I remembered. I looked both left and right, panic setting in me. I took a right, hurrying as I heard the beast behind me snarl my name angrily. I desperately wanted to throw off my things, but I couldn't. I might find somewhere that I can hide away. And..Memories were in everything I owned, even my clothing. I held my book bag strap tightly with my free hand, gripping my phone shakily.
My lungs felt like they were on fire, and I felt my legs cramping up. It hurts, but I can't stop now..!

I saw roses, my eyes lighting up. The dream really helped me..! I grit my teeth as I attempted to speed up, knowing that this can come to an end soon. I ran straight, coughing a bit but I felt hopeful. Hopeful that this can end. That it could finally stop.
I hurried on the paved road, my footsteps now more audible, as was the creature behind me. I felt like crying, as all emotion were mixed and laid heavily on my chest, but held back the tears. 'You can do it, Y/N!' I said in my head, wanting to live, wanting to breathe..! I wanted to get to the brown door..To get to where I can finally get out of such a predicament.

I pushed forward, seeing steps that was splattered with bits of blood leading up to a Mansion. I had no time to think as I rushed up..Until it grabbed me and pulled me. I fell, hitting my face against the wooden stairs. A loud crack was heard and immense pain flooded through. My knee stung and I looked down quickly to see that it was scraped, blood quickly rushing to the wound to spill. I kicked, trying to get out of the creature's grasp. I was just so close..!

I kicked out of his grasp and a screech came from behind me. Fear coursed through me. "Y/N! Y/N..! Come here!" It screeched. I couldn't do this. I quickly scrambled through the tall, brown door. Once inside, I slammed it closed and curled up in a ball. Voices everywhere, dizziness overcoming my body and my vision blurring. I couldn't pass out now..! I don't know if it's safe. My head turned, and a boy with dirty blonde hair, red-like eyes and a familiar tunic rushed towards me, calling my name and a tall, pale and faceless man looming behind him, until my vision faded and I couldn't see no longer.

Ben's POV

Y/N was the last person I expected to see this evening. Especially covered in injuries and slight blood.

I rushed towards her, worry coursing through my body. I couldn't think of anything but her immediate safety. I couldn't. I picked her up, rushed but gentle in my arms. I looked over at Slender. "She's hurt, Slender.." I said, my voice sounding course and weak. He, obviously, stood quiet until he looked down at her. "She's human." His voice, booming. I cringed. "I know..!" I cried out. "I know..But..!" I held her close. Slender looked as if he was surprised, as his shoulders tensed a bit. He turned away. "Fine. But you're responsible for anything done to her." He said, walking off. I couldn't help but to let out a soft sigh of relief and rushed upstairs. I burst into my room, where it was Jeff's and my own room, but after he's gotten his own, he's moved out. I quickly shot a text to Dr. Smiley, unsure but at least he can help a little. I laid her down on the empty and stripped bed, her body limp and frail. My hand slid down and touched her cheek, until Dr. Smiley arrived, his face deadpanned and with a serious look. "What do you want?" He said, his voice slightly annoyed. Irritation ran through me but I had to keep my posture. I cannot let her go untreated.
"I want you to treat my friend." I said, making him burst out in laughter. "You?! Have a friend other than Jeff? Please, Ben. Amuse me." His red beady eyes looked sharp and his black hair swayed with his motions. "Please, Smiley. She's hurt!" I said, nearly angrily. He rolled his eyes and walked over to her. "Fine, Drowned." He said, his serious attitude inching back on him. He began to work on her, fixing her cuts and seeing if her nose was broken, which in a miracle, it wasn't. Sally, her being curious peeked inside and gasped.

"A girl?!" She happily screamed, her brown curly hair flying. I sighed and gently grabbed her. "Hey, Hey. Sally, she's asleep. Smiley is fixing her. Now, go wait outsi-" I was cut off by whines and cries. "Pleeaaase!" She whined. "I wanna seeeee!" I felt my eye twitch in annoyance. Smiley seemed finished, as it has been a while and touched Sally's shoulder. "Come. She's asleep." He said. Sally whimpered but obliged, walking out with him. The door was shut and I sighed happily, sitting on the bed she was laid on. I looked down at her pale face, my hand reaching out. My thumb slid against her soft lips and I felt a burn on my cheeks.

I couldn't stop myself.

I leaned down, our lips nearly touching, and that's when her E/C eyes snap open.

Oh shit.
