Astrid shifted closer to Hiccup's side. It was a cold night, and the newly wedded Haddock's were trying to sleep.
"Are you cold m'lady?" He asks.
"What no!" She lies.
"What ever you say." Hiccup grins while he turns the opposite way.
Astrid actually was cold, she just didn't want to admit it.
She silently slid over and put her arms around his waist.
"Ah so now your cold cuddlebug!" He grinned.
"Hey! Don't call me that!" Astrid frowns.
"Okay." He closes his eyes.
After at least 30 seconds, he whispers "cuddlebug"
"Hiccup!" She growls.
"What! I'm just speaking the truth!" He puts his hands up in surrender.
"Lies."
"Truth."
"Hiccup don't make me-"
"Cuddlebug."
She sighs.
"But you are." He whined.
"Goodnight." She whispers.
"Night, darling"
"See you in the morning."
"Don't let the bed bugs bite"
"Shut it."
"I love you too."
Those were the last words they spoke until morning.
