Chapter 10: Wolfie Part One

Midnite's pov

Wolfie told Fury everything about Shadow except her real name and age in just one hour. He then orders two guards to show Wolfie and I our room which we'll be sharing. And we're in our room right now.

It is also midnight and I can't sleep because I keep thinking about everything that has happened and just as i am about to fall asleep I hear a scream. I immediately sit up in my bed.

I look over at Wolfie to see that it was her who screamed and that she is squirming around in her bed. I jump up and rush over to her.

I start to shake her shoulder she wakes up screaming and then grabs me in a huge hug. She starts to cry on my shoulder. She finally calms down and pulls away i look at her tear stained face.

I realize that she had a nightmare. I'm about to speak but suddenly there's a knock on the door. But before i can get up, Wolfie stands and answers it.

"You guys ok we heard screaming". Says the voice.

Natasha.

"Y-ye-yeah. Uh, nightmares. Everything's ok. Just go back to sleep. O-ok?. Says Wolfie studdering.

"Are you sure your ok"? Natasha asks.

Wolfie nods and closes the door.

We both get back into our separate beds and attempt to sleep. Key word attempt.

The next morning wolfie's pov

I walk down the halls wearing a black hoodie that says 'Who Cares' in white letters, Black skinny jeans, my white and black converse, and my hair is straightened.

I also am wearing a black hat. We had stopped by Stark towers to get clothes and things and we went shopping for Midnite.

Anyways I have my ear buds on and i walk out side to the the main deck with all the quinjets. We're in boat mode and i sit on the edge of it.

I let my legs dangle over the edge and I turn the song off. I change it to Hanging on by Elli Goulding. A few minutes later Midnite sits by me and i take out me left ear bud.

I give it to her and she puts it in her left ear since she's sitting on my right side.

" Paradise lost by Hollywood undead".
We say at the same time and we chuckle. I play the song and we sing.

(Italics for Midnite, bold for Wolfie. Normal for both)

"M: So watch my chest heave,

as this last breath leaves me,

W: I feel like "Fuck man"

Can't take this anymore

This heart breaks
