I chuckled at what he said
"Im sorry, but i love your daughter so much" I confessed
He sighed "Ano pa bang magagawa ko" he said while shaking his head lightly "I'll give you my blessing in one condition"
I gulped but stayed calm "Anything for my love"
"I want you to ignore my daughter until you proposed to her" My eyes widened at what he said
"But why? I dont understand" I confusedly said
"I just want to know if my daughter really loves you"
"But i want my proposal to be special, it'll take time" I said
"Then its perfect! The longer the better" Ngiting ngiting sabi niya
I sighed "I'll try not to show affection to your daughter until were already engaged, sir" I sadly said
