Okay so imagine Lockwood making little rendezvous with Lucy late at night on the porch, when George is asleep, where he'll proceed to take her on little dates and stuff. Or like taking her out during the day, in which George is notified about them leaving but he's pissed because they should be focused on work. Now imagine George lecturing Lockwood and Lucy in front of the crew and just straight up being like "We certainly shouldn't be sneaking out at night when we should be resting and recouping, no wonder you two are even more tired all the time!" And then Lockwood and Lucy just blush because they been exposed.
