"BETWEEN MAYBES"

Here I am again, trusting a stranger that I just met yesterday.
I travelled alone
hoping that I can find myself
because recently I felt lost.
They say soul searching
is the best way to do,
to clarify things that bothered me.
Then here you are,
starting being nice to me.
So here I am now,
escaping in the world
that I felt made me suffocate.
But here you are today,
Makes me feel comfortable.
I decided to leave because I thought I needed a space to breath in and to avoid all those tease that they were throwing me
after my heartaches.
Because maybe this time,
everything will be alright,
that after moving on
I can smile once again.
Because maybe this time,
I can forget all the pain
and start my new life
without the rumor of the past.
Because maybe this time
it will be the last.
That I'm going to move in far away with a burdens in my heart.
Between all my maybes
there is a hope that after all this time I can manage to rebuild myself, fix my heart and to trust again.
Between all my maybes
We also met in unexpected time
and place, we felt love for awhile
But I have to go back.
But before I turn my back remember these words
" I loved you unexpectedly, we may separate for now but if we are meant to be, our love will finds a way".
