Technical the fox was under his care, that is if the fox was actually a fox. The fox peered out from behind the snow mage and took in the new people who had gathered in the room. Slowly she moved away from eve and went over to hibiki, or tried to, but her leg gave way and she collapse half way there.
She was close to tears and didn't try to get up and just sit there crying but to the men in the room it sounded like a pained yelp.
"Aww pour thing" hibiki cooed picking up the smaller being and giving it a loose hug. Rosalie burrowed her small furry head into the mans shoulder. Eve looked shocked at the action. The little talking fox who had treated him so coldly was taking to his elder friend with such ease. The small fox looked up at hibiki and yiped in happiness before snuggling into his chest and falling asleep.
"But... but... no fair" Eve complained from his sulking corner. (A/N: a sulking corner is a most sufisticated than an emo corner as it has cushions)
"Not fair" Eve complained again looking over his shoulder as hibiki set Rosalie on a small bundle of pillows as ren patted eve on the shoulder in an attempt to comfort the smaller man.
"Whats not fair" asked hibiki as he stood by his team mates as master bob cooed over the sleeping animal.
"Rosalie wasnt nice to me when I fisrt met her and she was nice to you hibiki" eve explained before looking back at the fox who was sleeping peacefully on the pile of pillows.
"Oh" was all hibiki said before jenny ran in with a glass of water and tripped soaking the fox. There was an eruption of smoke.
