A couple of days later, Eve had to go home. She concluded to me before she left that Nod was weird. Sure he was a tad bit weird, but he tried hard not to sound surprised at all that's normal to us.

We were sitting together under a tree, he in a tan round neck and jeans, me in my pink hoodie and leggings, not doing much.

"I still can't, get over the awesomeness of your world." He thought out loud, "apologies," he said afterward. He sat thinking, playing with my hair, I sat studying his features, relaxed and thoughtful. "MK, what do you do normally during the day?"

"Oh, well work with dad and talk to you or Mub exectera. Not not much," it's the truth, I don't normally have distractions, and I help da refine his knowledge on the tiny world. "Tell you something, we could go for a run in the forest, you know so you can be like me." Before he could agree with my, I leapt out of his grasp and had jogged off into the forest. He called after me and I turned to see him right on my tail. After a while we had reached a smallish river .

"Jump!" She'd gracefully jumped to the other side,

"MK! Wait up," I took a running jump, surprised by not jumping high through the canopy. She had already jogged away, as I grew closer shed turned to look and I pushed her to the ground. She giggled as she sat up, dusting herself, I dusted her back off and apologised,

"Hey, it's okay," she touched my cheek, exchanging warm smiles; turning her head I snatched a kiss on the cheek.

"Come on," he stood and put my hand out for her.
