It pained you sometimes when Vlad would shut himself out. You'd tried your best to make him feel better. One day you decide me to do something bold. He had been sitting in his throne looking at a golden locket. Possibly pondering what to do. You walked up slowly as his soldier glared at you. Even though there were two other humans they still treated you like you were going to turn and murder everyone that stood before you. You walked up to Vlad and bowed.

"My lord I have some news." You stated. He looked up at you. His red eyes made your knees weak.

"Proceed." He waved his hand and looked away.

"It is a private matter my lord." You glanced at the soldiers that stood on either side of him. He sighed and lifted himself off the throne. You both began to walked towards his study. When you got to the study you closed the door after he walked in.

"What is the news?" He looked at you sternly.

"It isn't quite news sir." You rubbed your neck. "It is really a gift. I understand that thing are stressful while your commanders are fussing over the fact you put Vector and Issac in charge of the war front." You froze slightly as he walked closer to you.

"You have a gift?" He glided his hand across your chin. He knew you had something for him and you knew he did as while, but you both denied it due to the past.

"Yes my lord." You stutter as you got closer to him. He tilted his head slightly.

"What is it?" He questioned. You proceeded to grabbed his collar and pull his face closer. His eyes widen as you kissed him deeply. You were stunned when he swiftly picked you up and wrapped your legs around his waist. He kissed softly back and pushed you against the door. You whimpered as his hand cupped you ass and the other cupped your face. He pulled back and looked deeply into your eyes.

"Did you like it?" You stuttered.

"You do understand you are getting yourself in great trouble if you continue to do this to me." He rubbed your cheek and softly kissed you again. Your hands glided to the sides of his face. You nodded as he pulled away.

"I do." You blushed slightly. Your head jolted around as someone began to knock on the door. Vlad put you down and walked towards the mirror.

"Come in." He ordered as he glanced behind him at me. You straightened myself and looked at him.

"Has I was saying more lord those troops will be ready as soon as I can reach them." You began to say as Issac walked into the room.

"Sir the commanders are beginning to have worried of your assistant." Issac glanced at you. He was more loyal to Vlad than anyone you had ever seen.

"Thank you assistant, I appreciate your help on the battle grounds." Vlad turned around and looked sternly at Issac. "Why would they have worries of my assistant?" Issac closed the door and looked at the both of us.

"A distraction from the war." Issac stared at you. "I understand that why you wish to help the lord in his times of need, but you a The last person to help on the warfront. You care to much for the 'good' in the world. Everyone knows this." Your breathe was caught in your throat. Vlad crossed his arms as Issac began to grow closers to your face.

"And why do you think that?" Your eyes locked in with Issac.

"Because you have never hurt a single person, nor a butterfly." He wrinkled his nose at you. "So stop being something you are not. I am grateful of your attempt to help, but it is foolish to continue your petty work." You gritted your teeth.

"Petty work?" You growled. "Petty work? You think my work is petty! I'm truly sorry that the only reason the troops ever listen to you and half of them are standing beside you now is because I convinced them to be here. A life with less pain!" You pushed your finger on Issac's chest. He growled back at you.

"The only reason they listen to you is because they now you are weak!" Issac grabbed your wrist harshly and twisted it. "Soon you will turn around and they will attack you!" With your free hand you had punched Issac straight in the face. He no longer had a grasp on your wrist.

"Hector and yourself get on my nerves!" You screamed. "You both are filled with self winching pride because our King kept you alive!" The room froze. Issac looked surprised as he placed his hand on his cheek. Your body grew hotter as you growled.

"I-." Issac began to speak.

"No!" You cut him off. "You are not the only ones to suffer from something! None of our pains are stronger than others! The things people have done to us don't make us weaker nor any stronger!" Your fist balled up as you felt Vlad's hand touch your shoulder.

"You all say I'm a distraction to the King." You hissed. "You all say I'm weak." You hand glided to your knife.

"Y/n." Vlad glanced at you.

"You have no clue how long I have been holding in stabbing all of you insufferable fools." You growled and your hand let go of your knife. "You all need to understand if we wish to kill the human race, you never start a war between each other." Issac stood straight again. He his glanced at Vlad them back at you.

"I understand." He bowed his head. "I am sorry." He stood there waiting for you to say something. You walked towards the fireplaces and crossed your arms.

"You are excused Issac." Vlad said softly. You heard the door open and close. You growled and punched the bricks in front of you.

"Insufferable!" You yelled. "All of them!" You felt Vlad rest his and on your shoulders.

"You don't need to worry of what they think of you." Vlad said as you turned around.

"Yet this is the only reason-." You began to say before Vlad cut you of with a soft kiss on the lips.

"When you are here with me, you do not think of the war nor the others." Vlad looked sternly at you as he pulled away. "And I shall do they same." You nodded and pecked his lips.

"Yes my lord." You smiled.
