Hey guys! So, how's school going for everyone, huh? 10th grade is a drag, but I'm enjoying it:D anyways, yeah I haven't updated cause the comment number was a little low and then I forgot to check it. Haha that's my bad. But I have noticed that a lot of you want a Percy chapter? Well we'll see...just say so in the comments and if there's a majority of you requesting it, I'll add a chapter of him next:) I'm also noticing that you guys think I'm going to kill him, huh? Obviously y'all doubt my imagination;) rest assured, Percy is 98% likely to stay alive throughout the story. Oh! And I'm sorry that my last chapter may have been a bit confusing, I was a tad sleep deprived writing that :p so if you have any questions about it, just ask! Ok, I think that's everything I felt the need to address...so enjoy this next chapter, Jason!

Jason XII

The dream started as soon as Jason got hit over the head. The last thing he saw was Percy smiling evilly at him, his sea green and blood red infused eyes glinting in the sun. A shiver went up his spine as pain flared throughout his body. And then...silence.

A light flared in the distance and Jason found himself staring at it as the light got brighter, almost painful. He put his arm up to shield his eyes and screamed in pain. The light was calling to him and he stepped forward. The closer he walked, the less pain he was in. Eventually, Jason couldn't feel anything anymore, he was as weightless as a wind spirit. Without warning, the light cut out and Jason found himself in darkness. The switch between blinding brightness and choking blackness made his head spin.

What the hades? Squinting, he saw a picture come into focus, slowly replacing the inkiness around him.

This has to be a dream, he concluded, suddenly finding himself in the middle of a forest.

Spinning on his heel, Jason took in his surroundings. Black, twisted tress surrounded him on either side. An ominous fog clung to him, tearing at his clothes. Across the ground was what looked like it had once been grass, but now was charred weeds and dirt. Gooseflesh rose on Jason's arms as a wolf howled in the distance. Feeling suddenly as if someone were watching him, he whirled around, drawing his weapon. What met him was eerie darkness.

This place feels alive, he thought. Suddenly, the dream shifted and Jason was standing in a clearing amongst the black trees. Gathering his bearings, he noticed that the grass here was longer. And as he moved, it clung to him, holding him where he was. Panicking, Jason struggled against the evil blades of darkness, only to remember that he was in a dream. Sighing he willed himself forward and left the grass of death behind.

Moving forward, Jason looked for the point of this dream. Obviously this is a demigod dream, but what am I supposed to be seeing? frustrated, he kicked at a mound at his feet. His foot didn't go through the mound, but actually made contact. The substance was soft. Jason looked down and let out a strangled scream. The hairs on the back of his neck rose.

There, at his feet, was Leo. He was lying in the fetal position and looked to be sleeping. Leo was mumbling to himself, and tears were running down his face. Jason made a move to wake him and remembered that he wasn't really there. Painfully, Jason took a step back and saw the real problem. Slowly, the black grass was working its way around his friend, anchoring the son of Hephaestus to the ground, pulling him deeper and deeper into the their clutches.

Jason dropped to his knees and Tried to pull the grass away. After all, he had been able to touch it before, but his hands slipped through. Swearing in Latin and feeling helpless he stood up and noticed three other mounds. Hurrying to them, Jason found Thalia, Piper, and Annabeth lying in the same predicament as Leo. If they didn't wake up soon, the ground would consume them.

What am I supposed to do?! Jason thought angrily. I can't even touch them!

"Its quite a shame, isn't it?" a voice said. Jason whipped around and saw nothing.
