"okay okay. so, none of y'all have explained yet how the fuck chenle got stuck on the roof." mark said, confusion still lacing his voice. they all turned to each other and gave individual, questioning expressions, almost as though they were debating on telling him.

"Well..." renjun started but was cut off by his step brother.

"basically, i stole a bunch of alcohol from the party that was going on and got drunk. drunk chenle is rather dumb and ended up climbing out his window and up the vines to the roof."

"he then proceeded to yell the phrase "'true friends stab you in the front'" the elder chinese added, rolling his eyes slightly as the younger slapped his arm.

mark was still confused but just ignored it really. they moved onto topics of holidays and what they would be doing for spring break. renjun and chenle were most likely going to be studying or taken back to china for a few days. mark and donghyuck had planned to stay at mark's grandparents over the holiday to house and dog sit. jaemin, jisung and jeno decided theyd meet up everyday and just mess around doing nothing besides the days when jeno had practice in which the other two agreed to watch sometimes and gossip the others.

classes rolled around and they all made there way there.

"lele? why did you get drunk?" jisung questioned, thinking it was safe to bring the topic up again.

"i was bored and you would be asleep. i had nothin' better to do and i was curious how it would taste." the blonde shrugged and looked up the taller he was walking next to him. "why did you ask sungie?" the question was innocent enough, the nickname making the younger's heart flutter slightly. he just turned to look at the somewhat dull walls that were flying past while walking.

"i was just curious. and a little worried. i don't want you getting hurt." he nodded, approving his answer before he felt a gentle pat on his arm.

"turn. it's our class." a soft smile was flashed at him. jisung nodded before holding the door open for the other, watching him walk in while humming quietly.

the two boys sat opposite each other. the way their classroom was set out was rather awkward, it had grouped table, four per group. their table was in the corner. donghyuck was also in their class. he was sat next to chenle and he couldn't help but rant. thankfully, their table was only them so no one else had to deal with donghyuck's constant 'i miss mark' and 'isnt mark so cute?'s. chenle would always mutter in chinese and despite jisung not knowing, he could tell it would be about how he wished their friend would shut up.

"i wonder what mark is studying right now?" the eldest at their table sighed.

"for fucks sake, just text him" chenle muttered under his breath, obviously in his native language so the other couldn't tell. jisung giggled anyway and just went back to work.

Donghyuck shot them each a small glare before turning to his text book, making notes and humming.

classes dragged on for the next two hours but eventually the final bell went.

the group of friends met up, mark slinging his arm around his boyfriend's waist and kissing his head gently. the rest pretended to die throw up making donghyuck groan. "stop being jealous little rats."

"we aren't jealous, we're pretty happy." jeno said with just as much sass as they had received. he wasn't thick, he knew renmin had a thing for each other and everyone in the entire school could tell chensung was gonna be a thing. heck, even their parents could tell. luckily both of the boys had accepting families.

they all started to walk down the path to reach their neighborhood. they all, coincidentally, lived in the same area and had all gone to the same school pretty much their whole life.

"renjun hyung? why don't you invite jaemin hyung round since jisungie and i are gonna go to the little milkshake bar for a while." chenle winked at his brother and smiled innocently at the rest who looked quite scared. whenever those two started talking to each other in their own language, the others got rather nervous. they always expected they would be plotting their murders.

"chenle. you know i can't do that. mom and dad aren't home and they hate us having visitors without telling them." renjun replied.

"but- it's friday.". an idea jumped into the boy's creative and devious mind. "what about a sleepover this weekend?" judging by his siblings reaction, he could tell that the younger had an evil plan.

This chapter is shorter than the others sorry.
