He was stepping out of his car and already he saw people he forgot walking into the school. He also saw people he did remember like Byrum Neil and Gabe monicco. Those two were best friends besides Ben of course. Ben had the hardest time at school, he couldn't even keep a conversation going, he couldn't keep his mind off of the bad feeling he had. He saw Brianna, his crush, and he just didn't have the same feelings for her. He didn't know why, he needed someone to talk to about this. He found his friend brooks and talked to him for awhile "Hey, listen I've got a problem, can you real talk?" Ben asked brooks "Yeah what is it?" Brooks quietly answered, Ben could barely get the words out of his mouth as if it stung to make a single sound, "I'm losing my feelings for... You know... Her," Ben almost teared up as he said each burning word that crawled it's way out of his throat. "What?! Dude you've liked "her" for two years, how does this happen?" Brooks was almost as suprised as Ben, who couldn't keep his tears in anymore. He was already crying in the first day of school.
