I was lying on my bed pretending to listen to my friend Lola. She was rambling on about some guy I learned to just ignore her and act like I cared.
"River....RIVER!!!!!" Lola screamed "Are you even listening to me?"
"Yea, you were talking about Sky right?" I answered. There was an eighty percent chance I was right Sky was my half brother who lived in the apartment across from mine. Yea we are rich kids our parents are always on the move being international stylists to the stars. Well our mom and his dad were my dad was a UFC fighter.
"Well yea but more specifically?" she pried. I rolled my eyes and she beamed "I thought as much." Just then there was a knock on my door. Lola jumped ten feet in the air. "OMG WHAT IF ITS SKY!?!?" she ran to the mirror. I laughed walking out my bedroom and to my door. I opened it up and my mouth almost hit the floor. It was some extremely hot Emo boy. I quickly recovered before he noticed my expression.
"Hey my name is Light, Sky sent me over to see if he could borrow your UFC game." He said while smirking oh great another cocky boy who thinks he's all that. I rolled my eyes and walked over to the game cabinet I had almost all games known to man. I assumed Sky wanted to impress his new friend so I pulled out the three newest ones I had and walked over to him with a cocky smile that matched his own and held them up.
"Will these do?" I asked innocently. I laughed when His jaw hit the floor.
"These are not even released how did you get these?" he gushed. It was such a typical guy move, anything to do with sports, fighting or video games.
"My dad is one of the top UFC fighters. He gives them to me." I laughed. He must have realised how he was acting and the cocky grin was back in place.
"Well thanks doll." He did not just call me doll!
"Never call me doll!" I fumed
"Bye doll!" he said as he left. Slamming the door I stormed into my room. Lola was sitting on my bed with a worried expression on her face. I plunked down on my bed and growled.

I grabbed Lola; she was half asleep and pulled her to my guest room. She fell asleep right away as she often does. Lola's parents are often out of town like mine so she stays with me sometimes. We had school tomorrow and I was so not pumped for it.
Lights pov
It was late and I was still at sky's place. I had crashed on his couch not feeling like going home, sure it was only five floors down but this late my brother and sister would kill me if I woke them up.

I woke from the oddest dream; it was about that girl from yesterday. I had forgotten to ask if it was like Sky's girl or something. I can see them being one of those couples who are matchy matchy. They look scary alike, shuddered at the thought. Just then I heard banging on the door. Rolling my eyes I got off the couch and opened the door. It was that girl, she looked pissed.
"Oh your still here, then you can have the pleasure of waking Sky up. It's almost time to leave for school." She said then spun around letting some of her hair hit my face. She was so annoying. Walking to Sky's room I thought about skipping it's not like I need to go, schools easy. I looked at sky, he was still sound asleep. Just then a devilish thought came to mind. I pushed sky off his bed and heard a thud then a groan when he hit the floor.
"Dude, why did you do that?" he whined. I put on my best smirk and laughed while pointing to the clock beside his bed. "Shit why the hell didn't River wake me?"
"So doll face is named River." I chimed. "Yeah she was pounding on the door and told me to wake you." River and Sky that would be to weird if they are dating.
"Please don't tell me you called her doll face!" sky said as he got dressed "she absolutely hates that."
"No......." I smirked "I just called her Doll" he gave me a look and rolled his eyes as he pulled me out the door of the apartment.
"You know she will kill me then come after you for calling her that." Sky whined and I snorted "no really her ex used to do it and she beat the crap out of him and dumped him all at once." I shrugged my shoulders and laughed. Sky was known for blowing things out of proportion. We jumped into his car and drove to school.
