Panicked and not thinking, I quickly hid behind the counter, underneath. Finding a small gap, I started into the hole and found myself looking at him, Jeonghan.
I spaced out again, admiring him, just standing there. His cologne reached up to my nose as I quietly sniffed the air around. Snapping back to reality, I hit my head with the palm of my hand.
Pabo! Yah, wake up... It's not the time!
"Uhm, Mr. Yoon.. Sorry to interrupt, but someone has been asking for you earlier. She's just right over he--".
The receptionist turned her heels, but found no one behind her. I started to panic again.
What if they see me here? It'll be so embarrassing and moreover, I don't know how to face him.
My gaze went back up to Jeonghan, but instead found an eye looking through the hole.
A squeal escaped my lips as I jumped up, bumping my head on to the desk counter. The eye disappeared, being replaced by footstep and finally revealing Jeonghan, looking down at me.
"I knew it", he said as he helps me up to my feet.
"W-what are you doing- here?". My hand was placed on my head as I look at him, trying to hide my nervousness.
He stared at my head and back at me.
"C'mon, let's get you treated". Before I could answer, he quickly dragged me with him to the elevator. I quietly described his actions. I thought he was going to press a button, but he waited 'till the doors close. Now it was only me and him.
"Bag..."
"H-huh?"
He suddenly turned around as I flinched at his actions. Although instead, he reached up his hands to me as the other rested in his pocket.
"Your bag,"
Surprised by my actions, I slowly handed him my bag. He grabbed it away from my grasp and turned back around, pressing the highest single button on the elevator.
"W-where are we.. going?"
"Penthouse..."
"But--", I paused for a moment, noticing his gaze at the reflection. It was quite obvious since he suddenly averted his eyes away ASAP.
Was he looking just right now? Why do I feel like... Smiling?
