Trixie was the happiest she had been in a long time. Even though she knew Katya was straight, she was happy that she was getting to know her at least. They had continued to talk in business class and Trixie would still freak out whenever Katya would sit beside her obviously, but she was happy about that feeling now.
Thursday went by fast for Trixie and soon it was lunchtime. She sat down with her friends as she always did. They chatted away for about 5 minutes until Violet looked behind Trixie in awe and someone came up behind her. Trixie felt a tap on her shoulder and turned around to see Katya. "Hey, you wanna go outside?" Katya asked looking down at Trixie. "Yeah, sure" Trixie said with a smile while the girls at her table whispered, not quietly at all. "Oh my god... Are they dating or something?!" Cracker whispered.. badly. Trixie stared at Cracker as if she was about to throw her across the room while Katya tried to hide a smile.
Trixie and Katya headed outside to a quiet part of school where people rarely went. It was in the corner of the school grounds and had a few small trees and shrubs around a bench where they sat. Katya lit a cigarette as Trixie looked at her with discomfort. Even though she thought it was hot when Katya smoked, she didn't like the idea of smoking in general. "You know, those are supposed to be bad for you apparently?" Trixie said sarcastically "Oh my god! No way." Katya replied with a laugh "I'll put it out if you want" she added. "No, you're fine. I can handle it" Trixie said looking back at her with a smile. "I'm fine am I?" Katya said back with a wink. "Oh shut up, you know what I mean." Trixie responded blushing.
A few minutes past as there was a silence between the two while Katya finished her cigarette, it wasn't an awkward silence though, they were both just very content being in the others company.
"So, you got a girlfriend?" Katya asked. "...Or boyfriend! Sorry, didn't meant to assume" she added. "No, I don't have a girlfriend.. or a boyfriend" Trixie added, smirking. "Oh, that's.. good" Katya replied and found herself blushing which she slightly freaked out about.
Trixie then noticed that Katya was slowly moving in closer to Trixie. At this point there were only a few inches separating their faces. Just as Katya started to close the gap they heard the bell ring. Katya pulled away, "oh god, I'm so sorry... We should probably get back..." Before Trixie even had the opportunity to reply Katya had grabbed her stuff and quickly left with her head down.
