“vi! wake up!!”someone exclaimed “urghh”I groaned “goodmorning ate vi!”she said … familiar voice… “chloe?”I asked “yeah”she answered , chloe is my cousin on my father’s side, while ate jil is my cousin on my mother’s side…my father is an American pero lumaki ako ditto sa pilipinas dahil ditto nag work si dad, “is your mom here?”I asked, haah she is an English speaker like all the time… “yup!also my dad he’s here and also your dad”she said “my dad?”I said “yup!”she exclaimed “were staying here for 2 weeks, and after 2 weeks…were going to my aunt Hailey”paliwanag niya “ba’t 2 weeks?”I asked “what?”she asked,oopps nag tagalog ako “sorry, why 2 weeks?”I asked “dunno”she replied, “okay lets go down”I said at pumunta kami sa baba

“goodmorning mommy,daddy,dad,and mom”sabi ko “oh!your so big now!”sigaw ni mommy habang niyakap niya ako “the last time we saw you is hmm last year”sabi ni daddy “-smiles” “okay,lets eat breakfast”sabi ni mom

Ang breakfast namin ay omelete,strawberry pancake,garlic bread, and some orange juice……..hahh

We ate,habang nag conversation silang apat, “vi,lets go to the mall later”whispered chloe “okay”I whispered back

After that I went to the bathroom and took a shower then changed clothes

“mom,dad were going to the mall”sabi ni chloe sa kanyang parents “sure chloe”sabi nang mom niya,at pumara kami nang taxi at pumunta nang mall

“vi,lets buy this!oh no,this!”sabi niya “buy anything you want”I said “vi im just going to the restroom,wait for me here” sabi niya “okay”I said…

“vi?”may nagtanong, “jay?”I asked “vi!anong ginagawa mo ditto?”he asked “accompanying my cousin chloe”I answered “kuya!siya ba si violette?”may nagtanong “Christine!”sigaw ni jay “Christine?”I asked “ahh si Christine ang kapatid ko”he replied “oh hi Christine”I said “hi”sabi niya, “vi!” “chloe”I said “oo nga pala… this is chloe my cousin, this is jay my friend and this is Christine jay’s sister” paliwanag ko “hi chloe,”sabi ni Christine “hi,”sabi ni chloe “magkano ang edad mo?”tanong ni Christine “what?”chloe said “ahh… hindi siya marunong mag tagalog…she’s an American”I explained “oh,sorry….”sabi ni Christine “how about, lets shop Christine and you two go anywhere you want”sabi ni chloe “oh yeah!thats a great idea”Christine exclaimed at umalis silang dalawa without waiting for us to answer “soo..”sabi ko “that was fast”dagdag ko “oo nga,”sabi ni jay “saan ka gusto pumunta?”I asked “anywhere you want”sabi ni jay “sa foodcourt…gutom na kasi ako eh”sabi ko “-laugh smile- okay”sabi niya “ba’t ka tumawa?”I asked “kahit ang special ang food ninyo…gugutumin ka parin”sabi niya “Ahh,kahit special anng liit naman”sabi ko “diet?”he asked “yeah,sabi nang mom ko na dapat fit ako”sabi ko “that explains why”he whispered “huh?”I said “Wala”sabi niya “okay”sabi ko at pumunta kami sa foodcourt at kumain nang rice “hindi ka pa nakakain nang rice”he asked “well ive ate rice once”I replied “ako everyday ako kakain nang rice”sabi niya “yeah,cuz my mom is like …..you know”I said “I thought your mom is fun”he said “minsan”sabi ko “ang mom ko…. Workaholic”sabi niya “may work ang mom mo?”I asked “oo”sabi niya “ang dad mo?”I asked “well divorced na sila mom at dad, pero minsan dun kami sa bahay ni dad at minsan kay mom”sabi niya “ahh, sorry ha…”sabi ko “okay lang…ang tagal na nun”sabi niya “well, ako ang dad ko American pero I grew up her in the Philippines..”sabi ko “that explains why your good in speaking English and your beautiful”he said, ano daw?ako? “ahh yeah”I said, I can feel myself blushing right now ………… “your both staring at eachother like your never gonna see eachother again”……
