I woke up a few hours later the same way I woke up the first time I had spent the night with Tom. I panted as I gripped my chest, 'no...no...' I blinked a few times as I realized that I was at home. I looked over and saw that Tom was fast asleep, I stared at his peaceful, sleeping face and I smiled. 'He's so handsome...' I leaned down and kissed his cheek which caused him to stir in his sleep. I sighed as I sat on the edge of the bed, I sighed as I ran my fingers through my hair and closed my eyes to try clear my thoughts. "You okay?" he whispered as he caressed my arm, I turned and looked at him and sighed. "Yeah..." I lied, "liar...", "you know me so well...I can never lie to you huh?" I chuckled as he sat up and sat beside me. "Never..." he spoke, he then placed his hand on my cheek, "it's the same nightmare huh?" he asked as I looked at him. I nodded, "it's always the same nightmare...it begins with mom...and it ends with-..." I trailed off and looked away from him, "hey, it's okay..." he whispered as I cleared my throat, "it always ends with you dying in front of me..." I whispered as he placed his forehead against mine, "I'm not going anywhere without you baby" he whispered as I smiled, I gave him a kiss on the lips as I placed a hand on his chest and lightly pushed him onto the bed.

I woke up the next morning to him holding me close to him. I sighed as I stretched a little, he groaned and I giggled silently as I started to close my eyes but I got a phone call. "Hello?" I sleepily asked answering the phone, "Hanson with you?" asked Fuller on the other side of the line, "good morning to you too captain" I rubbed my eyes, "is Hanson with you Y/n?" he asked again, "yes captain...he's passed out beside me..." I told him as he chuckled, "good...make sure he reports for his academy training again" he told me as I nodded and groaned. "Yes sir...can I go back to sleep now?" I asked him, "and don't forget that you've gotta report in" he spoke, "yes dad...I know" I rolled my eyes as he laughed a little, "I'll let you get some more sleep in before school" he spoke as we hung up and I went to sit up, Toms grip around me tightened, "let's sleep in today" he whispered as I looked at him, "we can't. I've got work and you've got to report in for your academy training remember? Need I remind you that you drag raced one night?" I asked him as he chuckled, "yeah I remember...it was a few days ago..." he mumbled as he rubbed his eyes.

"Yeah...exactly..." I spoke as I lay back down. "Now let's go have breakfast...you promise me an omelet *kiss*, some bacon *kiss*, some sausage *kiss*, and some biscuits *kiss*..." I told him as I gave him a kiss in between words he chuckled as he rubbed my back, "yeah...but I don't know if I wanna cook my breakfast when I can just have you?" he wiggled his eyebrows as I rolled my eyes, I grabbed my pillow and hit him with it. He laughed, "you know you love me" he spoke as I smiled, "sometimes..." I whispered against his lips as he snickered and kissed me passionately. His hand ran down my back and reached my butt. "You're so beautiful Y/n..." he whispered, "the ever so casual way of getting me in bed..." I spoke as he looked around our bedroom, "looks to me like you're already in my bed..." he spoke as I laughed, I rolled over onto my back, he was now looming over me, "I love you..." he smiled as he kissed me, "I love you too" I placed a hand on his cheek and kissed him passionately. His hand ran down the length of my body, then his hand ever so slowly traveled up my inner thigh as he began to kiss my neck. I smiled and panted because the kiss we had shared was very heated. My eyes traveled over to the roses he had given me a few days before, "feeling a bit thorny huh?" I panted out as he snorted and I laughed. "Way to kill the mood with a pun" he spoke as I snickered.
