The black jack killer

In December of 2018 a spree of murders all through London occurred, after the first few murders a series of investigations into the sickening deaths where conducted but the only clue that was ever found on all the bodies was one single poker card. Each victim had a different card, why the killer did this is unknown but the metropolitan police ruled it out that the killer wanted to leave a calling card. All through this blood bath the newspapers published wild explanations behind the killers motives, the sun believed he was a left wing madman going on a killing spree in protest of  Brexit, while the daily mail said it wasn't a singular person but rather a gang of youths wanting to mark their territories. Each of these stories however are now known to be untrue as black jacks original motives where to bring down the green moped gang which he succeeded in doing almost but now it appears his only goal is to just well kill anything and that's it. Only a few have survived black jacks murder attempts one of which was a college student on her way home one night in January 2018, she was walking through an alley way to take a short cut to oxford street where she was faced with him, she described in vivid detail his Snow White skin, his whitish grey hair with some vague blond roots showing, and his contorted smile that seemed to scream instantly and this was all tied together with his blood shot eyes That looked like he had been swimming in gallon of chlorine. It was lucky however that she was carrying pepper spray, otherwise she may have never survived the attack, she also recalled that he said a few words to her, which are as follows "a new player deals a hand but I'm sure to deal in HAHAHA" she said his laugh was maniacal and inhuman like, she also said that as he walked towards her he brandished a knife with a blue handle, the last thing he said to her before he attempted to strike was "so my dear I'm afraid your hand has just been dealt" she said his voice was a mix of charming and mad man. Luckily as he attempted to stab her she sprayed him in the eyes with her pepper spray, she said he recoiled in pain and she took the opportunity to run and the last thing she heard was his maniacal laughter. Story's behind black jacks origin and true identity are sketchy at best but one common theory is that he was a member of a local gang that was either wronged or just snapped, however many dispute this claim. Another story put fourth by an anonymous individual says that he was caught up in Londons organised crime underbelly and during a heist gone bust at a bleach factory, he either tripped, fell or was pushed into a vat of bleach formula, this is plausible as a few days before black jacks appearance there was a foiled robbery attempt at the bleach factory but again many dispute this story. Perhaps the most possible origin put fourth was that black jack was an albino who snapped after constantly being picked on. Either way no one will probably ever know the story behind one of Londons most infamous killers. Some survivors have reported that his clothing is either torn and burned or stained with some kind of bleach like substance. The most common report of his clothing consists of a blue trench coat stained with an unknown substance, a pair of black trousers that look to have been bleached in some way, a punk chain hanging from his waist, an off white button up shirt, a red waist coat, a pair of smart shoes, and white suspenders hanging down his waist And a pair of black fingerless gloves. His clothing seemed to have been either hastily put together or his chosen outfit, some reports conflict on his age as some say he looks to be around 18 - 19 while a few say late 20s however we believe his age to be around the 18 to 20 mark. Some reports on his psychical appearance say he is of tall and slim build with greenish blue blood shot eyes and a slight possible widows peak on his hairstyle, voice wise they say he has an average London estate accent. Many on the investigation team looking for black jack claim he is an insane psychopath while others claim he is a murderer but not insane, the head of this investigation team constable Lucas wells claims to have had several run ins with black jack and that he seems to want to impress the police constable and has often referred to him with what the constable calls "pet names" one of these was when wells caught black jack trying to rig the tracks on the London Underground to cause two trains to crash into each other, wells stated that when he noticed black jack and begun to run over to him black jack calmly stood up and pulled out his knife and Cooley stated "constable Lucas my partenaire, how are you on this fine evening" he said while holding his arms out in a showman's manner, wells at the time had dealt with some of black jacks minor crimes but this was big Evan for him. Wells not knowing how to handle the situation said to black jack "you go through with this, during the rush hour when everyone's leaving work, your gonna kill a lot of people" black jack laughed hysterically and said " a lot plus two my good sir". Black jack proceeded to say "you see I was gonna end a bunch of these useless sacks of flesh and skip on home and watch Futurama but now your here how's about we go out on a high note EH?" Black jacks plan when wells showed up was to essentially kill them both but thankfully the metropolitan police was able to stop the trains, which only aggravated black jack, so once he realised his plan was no longer gonna work he flipped the circuits to electrify the tracks to cut wells off from him so the mad man could escape. Wells has stated on several occasions that black jack has above average intelligence and is capable of all sorts of death and destruction if not caught, however since the underground incident black jack has vanished from London, but soon after a series of similar killings took place in Springfield Missouri, black jack? Or perhaps a copy cat killer, maybe maybe not.
