Monday Morning 7:15am
Granny's diner
Emma Eva and Henry are having breakfast before Henry has to go to School
Eva: So I was talking to Doctor Whale and he offered me a job at the hospital and I said yes
Emma: Really that's awesome
Eva: I start next week so I'm sorry guys but I'm staying in Storybrooke.
Henry: That's great and you already have a house
Eva: Very true
The door to Granny's opens and closes and Graham walks in and he walks over to them and he places his Sheriff's badge on the table in front of Emma
Emma: Graham why are you giving me your Sheriff's badge?
Graham: Because I just quit as Sheriff and I think you should have the job
Eva: You just quit
Graham: Yes I got a job at the animal shelter
Emma: I don't know if I can be the Sheriff
Eva: I do
Henry: Me too
Emma: How did Regina take it?
Graham: She's not happy about it which means trouble but she can only appoint a candidate so there has to be an election
Eva: who is Regina's candidate?
Graham: Sidney Glass
Emma: The guy who runs the newspaper
Graham: Yes Regina seems to think that if she can have one of her puppets as Sheriff she can be in more control
Emma: You really think that I can be Sheriff?
Eva, Henry and Graham: Yes
Emma: Did you tell Regina I'd be running for Sheriff
Graham: Yes she was not happy
Emma: All the more reason to run
Eva: Okay I'll start making some campaign posters
Henry: I can help after school
Emma: Okay kid let's go
Eva: I'll get started on the posters and I will meet you here later
Emma: Okay
Graham: Eva can we talk later?
Eva: Of course I'll meet you here for lunch say 1:30?
Graham: Okay
Emma Henry, Eva and Graham leave Granny's
Hours later(its evening)
At the Mayor's office
Emma is talking with Regina
Emma: I want to know why you're so against me maybe becoming the Sheriff?
Regina: You're worried about what I think when you should be worried about Gold, you should be careful about who you are getting into bed with(they stop at the bottom of the stairs)
Emma:I,m not getting into bed with anyone. Gold offered to help me win the election and I took it
Regina:(starts walking up the stairs) You have no idea what he's(before she can finish there's an explosion that knocks them back)
Emma quickly gets up
Emma(she grabs the fire extinguisher and starts put out some of the flames) Come on we have to get out of here(she turns to see Regina struggling to get up)
Regina: It's my leg, you have to help me
Emma walks over to Regina and helps her up and they head to the exit which Emma kicks open and they stumble outside as they do Emma drops Regina on the ground
Regina:Ow Ow be careful
Emma: Seriously you're complaining about how I save your life, you know what next time no you know what next time I'll do the same thing cos that's what a decent human beings do and it's what good people do
Emma walks away and not too long after the Emergency services along with Eva, Chris Henry Graham, Archie and Ruby. Regina is laying on a stretcher. Eva and Henry walk over to Emma
Eva: You okay?
Emma: Yes
Henry: Did you really save my Mom
Ruby comes over
Ruby: She did I heard one of the firemen talking
Chris: We should get some pictures for the campaign posters
Archie: Oh that's good everyone will love that
Archie and Chris rush off to make the posters
The next day
Diana is putting up the campaign posters for Emma when she bumps into David who is putting up posters for Sidney Glass
David: Hi
Diana: Morning(she sees the posters) putting up posters for Regina?
David: For Katherine her and Regina have become good friends
Diana: Okay well I can see for you'll be voting for in the election
David: Well I know that Katherine is voting for Sidney but I will be voting for Emma
Diana: I have to go bye
David: Bye
Later that day
Its time for the debate and the election both Emma and Sidney are ready to give their debate speeches but Emma is clearly very worried Diana walks over to her
Diana: Emma are you okay?
Emma: Yeah I'm just nervous(she looks through the stage curtain and spots Henry sat in the front with Regina)
Diana: Emma? You're doing this for Henry?
Emma: I want him to see that good can win I need him to see that I'm not going anywhere and that I'm here now
Diana: I get it but Emma do this for yourself too
Diana walks away
Not too long after both the debate and the election is over
Emma is sat at the counter in Granny's when Sidney joins her
Emma: You here to card me officer
Sidney(he sits down)No I might even join you
Regina walks over and places the Sheriff's badge in front of Emma
Regina: You won congratulations Sheriff Swan
Regina walks over and Henry Eva Graham and Chris join her
Eva: You did it well done
Graham: You'll make a wonderful Sheriff
Granny comes over with a tray of drinks and a glass of milk for Henry they each take a glass
Eva: I propose a toast to our new Sheriff Emma
Eva Graham Henry Chris and everyone : To EMMA
They all cling their glasses together.
