It's been 7 months since Graham died and since Eva left Storybrooke and a lot has happened. Eva had a hard time dealing with Graham's death she went on a demon killing spree, but her family convinced her that it was dangerous for the baby, Eva has kept in touch with Emma who has kept her updated on what is going on including Gold's son who is also Henry's father. Eva has just given birth to a beautiful baby girl who has been given the name of Grace Swan Halliwell and after a talk with her Mother, Eva has decided it's time to return to Storybrooke and to the place where Eva and Graham wanted to raise a family together. This episode begins with Eva leaving San Francisco and returning to Storybrooke.
Piper: Okay honey have you got everything for you and Grace?
Eva: Yes, Mom and Grace is safely in her car seat I'll be okay Mom
Piper: Okay just be careful okay
Eva: I will, and I will call everyday
Piper: Good girl
Eva picks up her bag and then picks up Grace
Eva: Bye Mom
Eva orbs out and soon after she reappears in front of Emma and Diana's apartment. She knocks on the door and David answers and he is shocked to see Eva
David: Eva?
Eva: Hey Dad
David: Come on in
she walks in
Eva: I thought you'd like to meet your new Granddaughter(she places the car seat on the kitchen table)
David walks over and gently unstraps the baby and he gently picks her up
David: Oh, she is beautiful. What is her name?
Eva: Grace Swan Halliwell
Someone opens the front door and walks in its Emma and Henry
Henry: Hey Grandpa(he stops when sees Eva and that David is holding a baby)
Eva: Hey Henry
Henry: Aunt Eva you're back(he runs over and hugs her)
Eva: Yes I, m back now go and meet your baby cousin(he pulls away and walks over to David
Emma: Hey you're back?
Eva: Yes(Eva walks over to Emma and they hug it soon ends) Would you like to meet your new niece?
Emma: Really it's a girl
Eva: Yes, come on
They walk into the kitchen where David is holding baby Grace
Emma: Hey any chance I could hold my new baby niece?
David smiles and gently hands Emma baby Grace
Emma: Hi there little one I, m your Aunt Emma
Eva(smiles) You want to know her full name?
Emma: Tell me
Eva: Her full name is Grace Swan Halliwell.
Emma: Really you named her after me?
Eva: Yes
The front door opens and closes as Diana walks in she stops when she sees Emma holding a baby.
Diana: Emma?
Emma: Hey this is Eva's baby(she gently place baby Grace back in her car seat.
Diana: Eva you're home?
Eva: Yes, this is the place where Graham and I wanted to raise a family and its where I belong.
Diana hugs her
