I wish danganronpa was better.

I just think characters can be to flat or very stereotyped, take one of my favourite characters Hifumi

By his looks alone you can probably guess what he's like can't you? And it's not bad to have characters like that, but when there's a sheer lack of characters similar but more 'normal' it just comes off, wrong??

A good way to explain would be the issue with putting everyone on mental illness to make a villain, that's okay, but it looks better if you can show or state not everyone mentally ill is like that. Wether that's in the content you created or not, personally I think it's better to have it within the content.

also can we get Hifumi leg rights

Hifumi deserves leg rights.

I wanna say that Hifumi isn't all bad! Although his character is played off as the typical r/niceguy or /neckbeard who just watches anime all day, his character is a kinda good person, and it sucks that his character was tricked and I hate the character who tricked him :)

Now Hifumi isn't the only larger or chubby character, there's  TeruTeru

Who's a massive mamas boy and a huge pervert
And there's also the Ultimate Imposter

Although I don't know much about him yet

It's okay to have characters with positive and good traits, but when your characters are nothing but sterotypes :(
Not so good.

overall danganronpa isn't the worst thing ever in my humble opinion, but it doesn't have super great characters and it's not as good as the fandom may lead you on to believe. :)
