"Hey, Stace!" I beam through my phone, I'm overly excited, what can I really do?

"Someone is in a great happy mood today..." I can literally see her smirking. "let me guess, your mom finally agreed!" Her question turns more like a statement and I'm totally ass laughing right now. We both laugh through the call, and ended up panting like some freaking dogs who saw a bunch of annoying cats.

"Okay, so who else is gonna be there?" I momentarily forgot that it's not just me going to that trip, ugh just great.

"Well the gang, and I don't really know who else they've invited, you know how they get." She talking about our group of friends which includes me, Stacy, my other girl-friends—Margaux and Alexis, the boys—Quentin, Micheal, and Ethan. I just wish they will not bring one of they're toys in this trip. So no more us, I mean me and the girls, ended up pulling those crackheads hair extensions. They're that bitchy and annoying.

"Oh, I wish they will not even think for a little bit to bring those.. u know?" It's just so hard to say it. Not that they are not those kinds but because I am a girl and it's just so inappropriate to call that to your kind. No offense though.

"Yeah, yeah I get it, those girls need to back off if they want their lives longer than usual." And we both cracked up again.

"Honey! Can you bring this groceries to the counter?" I didn't even realize I'm on the phone with Stacy for about an hour, until my mom's voice calls me, girl talks take hours really.

"Coming!" Bringing back my phone to my ears to say goodbye to Stace then almost sprinting just to get those supplies from mom.

"Did you finish all the chores?" My mom asked while bringing the other baggages inside. "Yeah." I answered shortly before bringing up the call with Stace earlier. "Stacy called, no, actually I called her to inform that you have said yes to the trip that I'm going, now." I carefully state so this conversation leads to a decent one rather than an hour of discussion, life long learning. I see her frown a little bit but quickly cover it up by speaking. "Well just be careful Hals, you're an adult now, not fully but that'll do." She's grinning, god help me. "Mom.." I whined.

Mom started making dinner while I go to shower, it's been a long day of cleaning dirts and I don't want that to be my sleeping pals right now. After I got out of the bathroom I checked my phone and there's a three messages, one from Alexis saying "call me btch" and two from Quentin.

"Did u tell ur mom already?" And "How's ur day"

Q is some sort of my childhood crush before we became friends, then our friends became friends and that's how my high school life is not so bad than how I expected it to be.
