Chapter Three

Before going to bed I decided to call Alexis, after three rings she pick up, "Hey Lex.." there's so many voices in the background even louder than a stereo can get. ".. uhh waiiitt hold on, hold in a minute Hals!" It seems like she's silencing all those noises so we could talk or going in some place quieter. At least the noise is much tolerable now.

"Umm what was that?" I asked, unsure of the scenarios that will likely to happen to this rebellious girl I call my friend. I think that she's throwing a party? Hope so, don't want to know what else though.

"My brother is back from university and he's having a lame-ass gathering in our pool right now with his hooligan mates." I can practically see her roll her eyes in annoyance. Alexis hated how her brother gets what he wants in all the possible ways, they would bicker over small things since they we're still toddlers with heavy diapers to teenagers with braces.   But now, they act mature and much tolerant to each other. Don't forget how their smiles are perfect after their 6 years of painful metal mergers.

"Wow, college dudes in your pool. Shirtless." I teased. "Hals, I didn't know you're into college dudes." Alexis can twist everything. "Is there anyone hot in there that dear Alexis fancy?" I love teasing her, badly.

After that call, and some hot college dude topic, we decided to meet up tomorrow. It's 10 pm already and I'm not that sleepy, then I just decided to check my phone, again and scroll through all our photos from the previous year. We are in the last year high school, which means senior year so basically we should enjoy while we have time.

I'm silently laughing because of the ridiculousness of every moment my phone camera has to capture, our homecoming dance, Ethan's stolen photos that is too funny for my stomach to handle and some of the best things that happen to me.
