Daisy's POV

I huffed as I sat onto my bed. I looked out the window at the stars that were lifting up the dark sky.

"I miss you Nancy," I whispered. "A lot. I don't know how I've functioned without you for these past years."

I crawled under the covers of my bed then put them over my head. I let a tear slip from my eye as I thought back to all our memories.

"You went to the US," I fiddled with my fingers. "I don't know if I'll ever see you again at this point. You won't return my texts or emails anymore."

I grabbed my pillow and hugged it tight. My tears were falling faster almost perfectly imitating a waterfall.

"I just wish you did," I sobbed. "So then I could have some hope that we'd be together again. It sucks without you."

I turned on my side then nuzzled my face into my pillow. I eased my breathing before wiping my eyes.

"Jaljayo Nancy-ah," I whispered.

I fell asleep thinking of our happiest memories when she was in Korea with me.

~~TIME SKIP~~

"Daisy," I looked up at Ahin. "This isn't healthy."

"I know," I mumbled.

"You can't wait on her forever," she grabbed my hand from across the table.

I nodded then sighed. I looked into Ahin's eyes before looking away.

"What if she comes back?" I asked. "I can't just move on."

"Daisy," Ahin made me look to her. "You're only hurting yourself. Nancy is probably living it big somewhere. Let her go."

I sighed then laid my head on the table. I felt her squeeze my hand in a comforting way. I let a tear slip from my eye.

"D-Daisy?" I looked up to see Nancy.

"Oh my god," I mumbled. "You're back."

I got up and went to hug her but she stopped me. My heart tugged when she looked away.

"Don't," she whispered.

"What?" I laughed unbelievably. "Why not? You've been gone for a long time and I want to hug you."

"I believe she said no," a guy came up behind her. "So step off."

"Who the hell are you?" I glared at him.

"Her boyfriend," he smirked.

I felt my heart drop. She said she'd wait. Hen again, she's beautiful and young. Who'd wanna wait?

"O-Oh," I looked away to avoid crying. "I gotta go, lets go Ahin."

The girl nodded then got out of the booth. We started walking out of the coffee shop before reaching her car.

"Daisy! Daisy wait!" I looked behind me to see a running Nancy. "Don't leave me! I'm sorry!"

I got into Ahin's car then she drove off. I shook my head as she turned on the radio.

"It's for the best if you move on Daisy," I looked over to Ahin. "Trust me, you need to."

I nodded then looked out the window at the different cars and trees. I felt another tear slide down my cheek.

Nancy's POV

"Are you trying to make a scene?" My boyfriend pulled me into the bathroom of the coffee shop. "I can't believe you went after her."

"I love her more than you," I whimpered. "We aren't even together because we want. My parents just want me away from her."

He raised his hand before bringing down on my face. The sting made me start crying. I held my cheek as he paced back and forth.

"You fucking bitch," he looked to me. "I've given you everything you've wanted and this is the way you speak to me? I don't fucking think so."

"No," I whimpered. "Please, I'm sorry."

"Turn around," he glared at me.

"Please," I begged. "I'll be good."

"Turn around Nancy," I obliged before he roughly grabbed my hips. "You'll definitely be good girl after this."

"Stop," I whimpered as he pulled my pants off. "Please stop."

"Shut the fuck up," I heard him unbuckle his belt.

Daisy's POV

"I fucking loooved yoouuu," I slurred. "I-you-fucking hell."

I stood up from the couch but fell because I got up too fast. I started laughing before picking myself up.

I walked to the bathroom and filled the bathtub with water. I stripped to my underwear then stepped in with my bottle of Soju.

"Weeeeeeee!" I ssquealed as I slipped into the fairly hot water.

I accidentally poured some of the Soju into the water. I sat there drinking as I thought about Nancy.

"You beautiful fucking heart breaker," I said. "I believe everything you said."

I felt myself going in and out of consciousness because of the alcohol. I slipped my mouth under then water then closed my eyes.

'I love you Aenan,' I thought before I got knocked out.

Nancy's POV

"Let's go," my boyfriend pulled me out of the bathroom after him.

I was crying but no one noticed. I was hurting because he was too rough with me. He put me into his car before driving to our apartment.

"Maybe pull learn this time," I heard him say as I looked out my window. "Fucking bitch."

I let more tears slip from my eyes as he pulled up to a gas station.

"Stay here," He unbuckled his seat belt. "I need to piss."

He got out before going into the station. I waited for the door to close. I got out then ran away. I ran to Daisy's apartment because her mom had given me the address.

I arrived then banged on the door to hopefully get her attention. There was no answer so I tried the door knob. It opened making me worry slightly.

"Daisy-ah?" I called.

When I entered, there was broken glass all over the floor and empty alcohol bottles. I gasped and covered my mouth before looking around for her.

"Daisy?" I looked in the kitchen. "Daisy-ah?" I looked into her bedroom. "Jung Ahn?"

I walked up to the bathroom of her room. I entered seeing her lying in the tub. I ran to her then drained the water.

"Daisy!" I tried my best to pull her out of the tub. "Wake up! Don't leave me! Please, I need you."
