A/n: Alright so I'm throwing in one more restriction on the relationship vote. This is being done as I feel it's done to death. So I'm not gonna be doing Momo X Reader. I'm really sorry but I just feel like I see it too much. So yeah continue the vote in this chapter. Also if you guys would like I can do gender bending if a male character wins. With that out of the way let's get into it.

-10 years later-
Shoto and (Y/n) have trained together since that day all those years ago. (Y/n) has grown a bitter hatred towards Enji Todoroki, Shoto has developed a similar hatred for more reasons than (Y/n). One of the biggest reasons was the way his father constantly belittled his brother, this bothered him after growing a great deal of respect for him thanks to (Y/n)'s resilience and resolve. Though, the way (Y/n) protected him that day has stuck with Shoto ever since. Shoto despite being trained with his brother isn't allowed to freely converse with him. (Y/n) was often given punishment for trying to talk to Shoto. He didn't take it lying down though as often times he'd take it and say to Enji.
(Y/n):"Thank you sir. May I have another?"
(Y/n) would normally be covered in bruises and welts from the training and punishment. Though today was their entrance exam, well at least for (Y/n) as per Enji's recommendation Shoto is pretty much guaranteed entrance. Whereas, (Y/n) was gonna have to earn it and he actually looked forward to it. (Y/n) was currently walking to U.A. on his own, he was wearing black sweatpants tennis shoes and a purple zip up lightweight jacket. He had to wear long sleeves to keep the bruises on his arms hidden. He looks at the school of his dreams in front of him, he has always dreamed of becoming a hero though with the belittlement from Enji he thought it would never be possible. If he was honest he had never been happier but also never been more nervous about this whole thing. Because he believes that if he fails then all the pain from the training would've been for nothing. He walked into a auditorium as Present Mic took to explaining things about the entrance exam. It was pretty simple destroy bots, earn points, and avoid the really big one. If it wasn't clear a boy with glasses inquired after telling a familiar looking boy to pipe down. Eventually he ends up in front of a giant metal door along with a bunch of other applicants. They all seem pretty intriguing but, (Y/n) has been taking his time to make himself calm and focused. Luckily for him no one tried to converse with him allowing him to stay completely focused. The door then opens up and (Y/n) runs past everyone else and begins to destroy bots using his ice to make them brittle and then breaks them using his electricity. His dual quirk works well with each other as the ice can freeze over him the longer he uses it however, the use of his electricity heats the ice keeping it from sticking. The electricity can also actually harm him by scorching parts of him and or causing tremors in body parts at its over used, but it takes a very extreme amount of usage to occur. It's only happened a few times, but those few times have left a few burn scars on his torso, right arm, and right hand. He was destroying a large amount of bots with ease, until he hears the loud footsteps of the big bot. Everyone began to run from it and (Y/n) was no different, but turning back something made him stop. He saw a girl with brown hair stuck under some rubble as it got closer thus, he rushed in front of her and lifted his right arm causing electricity to pop and crackle erratically around his right side as he winced a little before he felt a force push in the asphalt underneath him and the brunette's feet causing him to look up to see a boy with green hair in the air at eye level with the giant robot. (Y/n) reaches down and moves the rubble off the girl before hearing metal crunching. This causes both (Y/n) and the girl to see the robot being thrown back as it fell to pieces. He looks in complete awe at sight of the robot falling until the girl asks.
???:"Can you throw me?"
(Y/n):"Huh?"
She then points to the boy who is falling at this point and (Y/n) looks to the girl and says.
(Y/n):"I can do you one better."
(Y/n) then makes a ice pillar that lifted her high enough to... slap him? This actually caused the boy's fall to be slowed drastically and land on the pillar with the girl. She then brings her hand together and seems like she gets sick. Once the pillar shrinks back to the ground (Y/n) looks to the two of them and they seem out of sorts as she seems as though she just finished throwing up, while the boy seemed to have broken all but one of his arms. (Y/n) then goes to one knee as he clutched his right arm that is now trembling and shaking as excruciating pain shoots down it causing him to grit his teeth through it. The girl notices this and asks.
???:"Are you okay?"
(Y/n) just says through his teeth as the pain begins to slowly lessen.
(Y/n):"Yes, I'm fine."
Before their conversation can continue an alarm sounds off signifying the end of the entrance exam. Before (Y/n) could go he is stopped by the girl who says.
???:"Thank you so much for the help."
He turns to see her smiling cutely at him causing him to turn away nervously and says.
(Y/n):"It's no problem."
-2 weeks later-
(Y/n) had just come back from his morning run and was greeted by his sister.
Fuyumi:"Morning (Y/n). How was your run?"
(Y/n) smiles at his sister and says.
(Y/n):"It was fine. Anything interesting come in the mail?"
He asks this while grabbing himself a water from their refrigerator. At this Fuyumi holds up an envelope that has the U.A. stamp as she says.
Fuyumi:"Both you and Shoto got letter's from U.A. Shoto was accepted. Dad saw his but didn't care to see yours."
She says that last part looking down though (Y/n) isn't really surprised as he looks at her and says.
(Y/n):"I would be surprised if he had an interest in mine."
She then handed it to him so he could open it in private. Upon opening it up a disk fell out and a hologram of All Might began by saying.
All Might:"Hello young Todoroki!"
(Y/n)'s thoughts:"I guess on my birth certificate I'm still technically a Todoroki."
All Might:"It was no surprise at how much you excelled in our exercise. Not only did you almost tie with a student for most bots destroyed, but stood strong protecting two people from odds you couldn't combat. You show the true heart of a hero. With that I'm honored to welcome yet another Todoroki to U.A. I'm sure your parents are extremely proud of you. We look forward to seeing you in a month for the first day of classes. Plus Ultra!"
With that the hologram disappears and tears fall from his eyes onto his envelope. (Y/n) hasn't received such positive reinforcement in such a long time and for it to come from the #1 hero caused him to be emotional. Though the line about family also caused the tears as he can't share this with either of his parents. He tries to wipe his tears and notices the burn scar from the boiling water reminding him how long he's been pursuing this dream. He soon feels someone hug him. It turns out to be his sister as she says.
Fuyumi:"Congratulations little brother."
(Y/n) responds in a choked up voice.
(Y/n):"Th-Thank you, big sister."
He then hugs back and let's his emotions out during the hug before she goes to show Enji (Y/n)'s acceptance envelope.
