"Ermm... can I know why I'm getting hugged?" Ranell awkwardly asked staying still and Rye pulls back
"Don't do that again! I was worried!" Ranell looks to the side at his dad who's just as shocked
"Is be alright dad? I think he's sick" he points to Rye who looks at him offended and slaps the back of his head, and Ranell rubs it
"Don't talk like that! Don't scare me like that and Andy?!" Andy shakes his head broken out of his thoughts and looks at him sheepishly
"You and I are going to have a long talk" he said sternly
"You don't have to do that, I'm his-" Rye's glare said otherwise, once Andy noticed his stern and protective stare he shut up. Ranell saw the awkward tension between them, he thought why not break it?
"Ehmm! Why don't you join us? Dad can show you different activities and you could try them out and then we'll know what you're best at" he suggested and Andy thought about it before nodding
"That's not a bad idea, good thinking buddy what do you say Ryan?" Rye didn't have a problem it so when Andy gave him a questioning look, he smiled at him

So Rye did Archery, swords, combat, throwing knives and some simple gun shooting in the shooting range. In the end Rye was better with Bows and arrows, he wasn't bad with the throwing knives but mainly the arrows were good with him
"No one in the pack was god at Archery or even closer to it, you have to be sharp to know your aim and practice to master the way you hold the bow, not many people are up for challenges so I'm definitely getting you Teacher to help you" Andy commented and Rye got nervous being praised isn't something he would hear everyday so he was feeling proud
"Who's gonna be the teacher?" He asked and Ranell got a pistol and went over to the range
"I friend of mine has a daughter who can master it real good so I'll-" he was interrupted when he heard someone fire a gun and he shot his head to his son who shit a bullet at the 6 on the dart. He ran over to him frantically grabbing it from him and hitting the bottom of the gun on his gun making him wince and pout
"How many times do I have to say to not touch the guns?! Don't give a heart attack, I'm still way young to die!" He held his heart trying to calm his heart down and Rye walked over with a smirk
"You're not wrong, he's too beautiful to die this young, Ranell don't give my beauty a heart attack yet" Rye winked at the small boy and Andy was now cursing at him under his breath and the boy winked back at him. Andy grabbed his shoulder and knees him in the stomach and then kicked him where the sun doesn't shine making him drop on the ground grabbing the middle of his thighs in pain
"Now that's settled, I'll ground you for 3 months for this stunt and I have huntress to call-" they were cut off by Harvey yelling at them
"Dinners ready!" All three looked at him as he went back inside
"I guess I'll call her after dinner, you're reminding me brat" Andy commented and Ranell helped Rye back on his feet and the boy glared at his dad

The kid whispered to him and Rye nodded rapidly and happily and ate more while Ranell watched in satisfaction, the Jacklyn couple sneaked into the room, got their plate and went over to the black and white coloured couch while whispering to each other what they witnessed. Andys mum raised an eyebrow at them
"What are you two whispering about?" She said looking at them as she leaned against the counter with her plate of food in her hand
"Nothing Auntie, were just happy" Andys mum: Amelia nodded knowing they've done something great and left it again she scanned the room and frowned seeing as her husband is not their yet
"Andy have you seen your dad?" She asked and Jacklyn had that look 'oh shit' and quickly looked away not wanting to ruin things and they suddenly headed 2 pair of footsteps
"I'm here darling" Kai said and went over to his wife to kiss her cheek and she warmly smiled at him and Kyle scowled and went over to one of his pack members, his wife died in a attack and a fire that was made few months ago. He's still sad about it but mostly his love is for his real mate. He still goes to her grave every 24th and today's the 23rd
"It's him isn't it?" Jayden asked and Kyle nodded sadly and then sighed
