The next few weeks were the best Jungkook had ever experienced. Jimin was finally his boyfriend.
One day as both of them were just sitting on the grass and talking they noticed two soldiers from the south Korean army go inside the instructor's room. Jungkook stiffened as he remembered the mission that his father had given him. The time had come to do what he was there for.
As the two soldiers marched with the instructor, he called everyone and said, "the enemy Army is advancing and our soldiers are being killed. The intelligence force has got the information that the mafias are helping the enemy army and are selling them weapons. Since all soldiers have to go for the war, they can't track down and plan to eliminate them. I want volunteers who are willing to risk their lives to take down the mafias."
Jimin had always wanted to do something for his country. He had finally gotten an opportunity to do so. He raised his hand and said, "I volunteer". Jungkook cursed silently and volunteered too.
That night Jungkook couldn't sleep. He carefully got out of bed so as to not wake up Jimin. He really needed to think about everything. He walked towards the woods near the training grounds, making sure no one saw him. He continued walking until he reached a small clearing where he finally sat down. Everything was a mess. He remembered what his father had told him before sending him to army training.
Flashback
Jungkook's father had a sinister smile on his face. He looked Jungkook straight in the eye and said "As for your mission, you will join the South Korean army and pretend to be a trainee. You will spy on them and keep giving us reports."
End of flashback
Jungkook sighed while massaging his temple. He knew that he would have to alert his father about the plans that he and Jimin were making to eliminate the main mafia gangs.
He was aware of what his father was capable of. He was afraid that he would be putting Jimin's life in danger by telling them.
He had to save Jimin but at the same time he couldn't let down the mafia.
He put his head in his hands as he tried to come up with a solution.
