Yn's POV :
My eyes met with Jungkook, and it gave me a weird feeling. People were looking at me like i am the main guest of this event.
" Hey let's go. What are you thinking about?!" Mingyu asked me, offering me his arm to hold. I shake my head.
We both started to walk where mom and unnie were standing, Mrs Jeon was also standing there. Me and Mingyu bowed to her when we reached to them.
" OMG, Inara you're looking gorgeous." She said happily.
" Thank you." I answered.
" Well I hope you guys enjoy the party. I'll be back after greeting few guests." She told us and left us.
Mom and Yoora were meeting some other guests while me and Mingyu were getting bored. We sat on the chairs of the table on where our names were.
" Hey let's go buy some drink." Mingyu pulled me with him. While we got our drinks and were going back to our table when I saw someone I don't wanna see today. Dad.
His eyes landed on us. We tried to ignore him by walking past him.
"Excuse me?! Can I ask you guys something?!" He asked, as we stop from walking and turned around.
"Yeah, Sure." Mingyu said with a smile.
" You look my daughter A lot. Somehow are you my daughter, Yn?!" He said hopefully.
" Sorry Sir, I think you misunderstood." I said with a forced smile. " I'm not your ' Yn ' I'm Inara." I told him.
" I'm sorry." He apologize and bowed towards us.
" Sir you no need to do that, people sometimes misunderstand. It's okay." Mingyu assured him.
I was looking at him, he changed. What happened to you dad?! You look different?!
" We'll be going now, Bye." We bowed to him and when we were leaving, I heard him say.
" I miss you Yn, I hope you're doing great."
I miss you too, dad. I really do.
The party was kinda boring, me and mingyu were not enjoying it at all. And on the other hand Yoora and mom were going here and there like it's their own party.
" Hey, I'm going to the bathroom." I informed Mingyu who was sitting next to me, digging food in his mouth.
" So What, Do you want me to come with you?!" He asked me cluelessly.
" No, idiot." I said frustratingly.
" See, then why are you telling me that you're going to the bathroom." He said with sass.
