Chris P.o.v

Jas is the best! That party was amazing! I slid out of bed making sure not to wake Jasmine up. I went downstairs and said hey to Shanelle.

Shanelle: Don't hey me.

Chris: What?

She had my phone showing messages of me and Nicole.

Shanelle: How dare you do this to my baby sister?

Chris: PLEASE DON'T TELL HER!

Shanelle: I hate you now.

I screwed up big time. Even worse, Jasmine just came downstairs.

Jasmine: Morning Nelly , morning baby.

She pecked me on the lips.

Jasmine: What's for breakfast peeps?

Shanelle: I have a doctor's appointment for the baby. I'll be back later.

Shanelle left and slammed the door.

Jas: Geesh! What's her problem?

Chris: Who knows? *nervous giggle* I'll be right back. Gonna take a shower.

Jas POV

His phone was going off. I answered it.

Jas: Hello?

Nicole: Where's Chris?

Jas: NICOLE?!

I hung up. Then, his phone went automatically to his messages.

N-Nicole

C-Chris

N- Hay babe. When you coming?

C- As soon as Jasmine falls asleep. What's up boo?

N- Thinking about you. I love you.

C- I love you too, princess.

Chris POV

I forgot my phone, so i went downstairs to get it, but Jasmine had it, and she was crying.

Chris: Babe, I can explain.

Jas: What did I ever do?

She ran upstairs crying, and slammed her door. I left to go to Drake's house. I rang the doorbell and waited for him to answer.

Drake : What's good?

Chris: Nicole called my phone, and Jas answered. Then, she saw the messages of me and Nicole flirting. By the time I came back downstairs, she was crying and she ran upstairs. I don't want to lose her again!

Drake: Why do you keep hurting my best friend?

Chris: I wasn't thinking.

Drake: Obviously, just hope she doesn't do nothing bad to herself. We should probably go over there, like NOW!

Jas POV

I get hurt too much. I grabbed a bottle of pills, and swallowed. I fell and hit my head on the counter. Next thing I know is, I blacked out.

Chris POV

I rang the doorbell. No response. I rang it again. No response. I grabbed the spare key that was in the plant. I opened the door. I went to Jasmine's room, but she wasn't there. She has to be here because her car is in the driveway. I noticed the bathroom door was locked. I knocked. No response.

Chris: Jas, I know you're in there. JASMINE JADE INFINITI HOPE OPEN UP!

I grabbed a bobby pin, and picked the lock. When I walked in, my heart just shattered. My love was on the ground, unconscious.

Chris: DRAKEEEEE!

Drake ran upstairs, and saw Jasmine. He immediately called the ambulance. In the next 15 minutes, the ambulance arrived, and they put her on the gurney. They said she had a 30% chance of living. I felt like dying. She can't leave. She just can't. Me and Drake drove to the hospital. He called Ali and explained everything to her. Once we got to the hospital, we asked the hospital lady.

Chris: Jasmine Hope?

Hospital Lady: Uhh. You can't see her right now. She's in ICU. She's very unstable, and in a week, they're gonna pull the plug.

Chris: She can't leave! SHE'S ONLY 14!

Hospital Lady: Look here, kid. You can either sit in the waiting room or leave. You choose.

Me, Drake and Ali went to sit down.

Ali: I can't loose her, I can't. She's my childhood friend.

Ali started crying. I felt bad because I feel like this is all my fault.

Doctor George: Family of Jasmine?

We all immediately shot up out of our seats, and went up to him.

Doctor G: She's able to breathe on her own, but she has asthma, and went into a coma, and her heart stopped. I'm very sorry.

Chris: No, no, no, no! Please! No!

Drake: She's actually gone. *starts crying*

Ali: My bestfriend. *starts crying*

Chris: Can we atleast see her?

Doctor G: Sure, but make it quick.

We went in her room. She looked so lifeless. I cried in her shoulder. I can't believe it. As I was walking out, I heard beeping. Jasmine was shaking, and her eyes were bloodshot red. She took a heavy breath. Then, 5 doctors came in to shock her. It hurts me to see her like this. She's still shaking. They're trying to control her, but they can't. I have no idea what's happening, but it surely is scaring me to death. Then, she calmed down, and went to sleep.

Doctor G: She'll be fine. You guys just go on home. You can come back in the morning.

And with that, we left.
