He was the biggest ego maniac in the school. But he was so nice and cute and funny. Matt Warner isnt known as exactly "hot" to people but to me, I can't keep my eyes off of him. He has Brown eyes that could either make your heart melt or people run away, depends how you are with him, fiery red hair that you can pin from down the hall, but maybe that's just me, freckles, peach fuzz and he can't even grow it. Just everything about him makes me melt every time I see him. Do my best friends know about this little crush? Nope. Can they keep a secret long enough for me to trust them? Hell no. But speaking of whom here comes my best friend Eric Anderson.
"Heeeeeeeeeey Tessa!"
Fun fact about Eric, he's had a crush on me sense 1st grade, and is convinced if you had a crush for that long you guys are bound to be together. We even dated in 8th grade. Not fun.
"Hey Eric." I smile.
"Hey guess what I found out yesterday?" Eric blushes.
"What would that be." I get annoyed at his blush.
"Remember my cow? Yeah she's pregnant!"
"Okay I care why?"
"I dunno I just thought it was cool. And stuff.."
"I gotta head to first period Eric. Have fun in class."
"See you in lunch!"
In his dreams. I'm not eating lunch with him because my friend, Joan Stephans, invited me to play dungeons and dragons with him at his lunch table. And Matt will be there so.
In class I sit next to Matt and he's talking about his spirt animal Waluigi, and how they added Joker to Smash Ultimate, and is making jokes and random references that only me and his best friend Neil understand.
"Have you seen shrek the musical? It's about as good as Spongebob the musical." He rambles.
"No, well I've seen half of it." I chuckle.
He smiles and then the teacher starts class. Our assignment get with a partner and we are going to have to pick a song from a musical. Which will be easy I know a billion. And I was expecting Matt and Neil to be a group because they are best friends. Then I would be stuck with either Joan, who is nice don't get me wrong but when it comes to theater and singing you don't want to work with him, or Kelly Kane, who was one of my best friends sense 5th grade but now we can't stand the sight of each other. So here I go. Joan you better not give me bad grade.
