Cole x Jay

Hello everyone! This one was fun to write because its a small Easter special uwu It wasnt requested for Easter,but this was a request without any specific ideas/wants so its for Easter. Enjoy~

Cole's P.O.V.

I woke early Sunday morning to someone knocking on my door. I groaned & got up.

"Who is it?" I asked slowly coming to the door.

"Just wanted to make sure you were up for breakfast Cole, we have a lot of Easter fun today." I heard Wu say from the other side of the door. I brushed my hair & walked out of my room. I looked around & didnt see Wu,dang that old man is fast. I walked to the dining room to see everyone was already seated & eating,well almost everyone.

"So Jay & I will hide eggs for everyone around the bounty after we do the egg hunt in the park with the kids from the hospital,as a nice Easter gift for them all." Zane said cleaning up before he wanted to eat. We all nodded & ate our breakfast of Waffles,eggs,bacon & hash browns. Once we finished eating, we all got ready.

"Cole wear rabbit ears with us!"Jay said holding a pair. I peaked down the hall to see Lloyd laughing at Kai's upset look about the rabbit ears while Zane was questioning them. I chuckled & took the pair from him.

"Sure thing motor mouth"I said putting the head band on.

"Yes! We even got Wu to attach little rabbit ear clips to his hat!"Jay said all excited. I smiled at his enthusiasm for today,he's always cute when he gets excited. I then blushed when Jay grabbed my hand & dragged me over to the others.

"Is everyone ready to go?" Kai asked trying very hard to ignore the rabbit ears he had on. We all nodded then headed to the park. The walk was a little long & boring,aside from Jay's Easter puns. I pretended to dislike them like the others but really,I liked them. Jay can be annoying at time sure but makes him even more cute. I can't take hiding my feelings for him anymore but I have no idea what to tell him.

"Its the ninja!" we heard the kids squeal.

"Hey Kids! Who's ready for an egg hunt?" Lloyd said smiling.

"You all will be with Jay & Zane somewhere you cant see where we are hiding the eggs alright?" Wu said as he gave the rest of us baskets full of eggs.

"OK!"the kids said happily as they followed Jay & Zane to a part of the park  that they cant see us. I sighed a little wanting to work with Jay but oh well. We all divided up around the park & began to hide the eggs. It took half n hour considering we stuck to a rather small area. Once we were done,I went to Jay & Zane. I chuckled watching the kids jump on Jay for piggy back rides.

"Hey kids,the eggs are hidden! Go find them!"I said & smiled as the kids ran over to where Lloyd & Kai were standing to hand them all baskets.

"You made it easy for them to find them right?"Jay asked as he walked over to me.

"Yup!"I said smiling more. We then walked over & watched the kids search for them. This went on for an hour since Jay kept coming up with strange ways to find the eggs,& also he took a bunch of eggs to make a jackpot which Sensei found unfair so he split up all the stuff in the eggs from the jackpot to all the kids. Once we were done,we said goodbye to the kids & went home.

"Alright everyone,stay out here so Jay & I can hide the eggs" Zane said smiling. We all nodded & watched as Jay & Zane went into the bounty, we sat outside for an hour all because Jay took forever hiding the eggs Zane gave to him. Once he finished,we looked for all the eggs. After half n hour we found them all then one by one everyone went to their rooms, leaving Jay & I alone. We went through what was in our eggs before I got melted chocolate all over me.

"Ill be back" I sighed before taking my basket to my room.

"Pardon me" Zane said when he walked out of my room. I watched him confused as he walked away. I then shrugged it off & walked in. I saw a black plastic egg on my bed.

"Strange" I said as I began to find a bunch of different colored eggs in my room but I couldnt tell from who. Once I got them all,I noticed a number under each egg. I put them in order by number then opened them.

Egg Message: Happy Easter Cole! If your feeling out of Energy, I made you a cake. Its on the counter & once you taste it, all your tiredness will melt away. You'll be shocked with energy in no time.

I chuckled at the corny message & went to the kitchen. Since it used some corny puns with most of our elements I cant tell who did this. I can say Zane since he was in my room & he is the best cook but corny jokes aren't his thing. Kai wouldnt do something this corny & he would be straightforward with it. Jay & Lloyd are the only 2 who would do this. I looked for the cake while trying to figure out who gave me the eggs. After a bit,I saw a black lid container thing hiding the cake. I pulled the lid off & saw an amazing chocolate cake with blue frosting.

'I love you Cole,will you be my boyfriend?' was what it said.

"It cant be can it?" I thought before taking a bite of the cake,I couldnt resist.

"I-is that yes?" I heard someone saw. I turned around & saw Jay standing there blushing & staring at the floor. I licked the cake I had around my mouth before pulling Jay close & kissing him. I smiled as he tensed up before relaxing & kissing me back. He smiled as I pulled away.

"I would love to be your boyfriend zaptrap" I chuckled before he hugged me & kissed my cheek.

"HE SAID YES GUYS! COLE'S MY BOYFRIEND FINALLY!" Jay squealed causing the others to walk in clapping.

"We all had a hand in this" Kai smirked.

"I hid the eggs in your room." Zane said smiling.

"I wrote the corny jokes for Jay so you'd have trouble figuring out who wrote it" Lloyd said smiling.

"I made sure each egg was a different color so you couldnt tell who gave them to you." Kai said giving Jay a thumbs up.

"& I really did bake the cake for you" Jay said smiling. I picked Jay up & kissed his face all over.

"Im sorry Zane but Jay makes the best cakes now!" I said smiling. Jay laughed then kissed me again before we took the cake & went to my room. For the rest of the day we cuddled on my bed eating cake,Easter candy & watching random movies on Netflix. Best Easter ever!
