The Story of the Original Team Yin-Yang

Prologue

I don't know why it happened or who sent those men, but I swear I will find the ones responsible for my parents and sensei's deaths and find Sensei Hamura even if it kills me. My name is Rose Sapphire Knight, and I'm a member of Team Yin-Yang, the first even Shinobi team. It happened so fast I don't know what came over me. I came home one day to see the eight people who raised me fighting these men, and then it happened. One of them stabbed my mother in the stomach and my father in the back. Sensei Taisho got hit in the heart, and Sensei Hagoromo was cut in half. Sensei Ryu was sliced down the middle separating his left and right side, and Sensei Amarante was shot in the head with an arrow. Last was Sensei Hiroki; he was beheaded. The men surrounded Sensei Hamura. We ran as fast as we could, but we were too late; one of them disappeared with our Sensei and Jashin and Momoshiki's father/mother. I was so angry I just lost it I transformed into my animal form, and I just shredded the men into nothing. When I turned back, I felt something on my cheeks. I reached up and touched my cheek; I looked at my hand when I took it away. I saw blood on my fingers, my blood. I looked at my family and team, and they all started to cry. I looked to Indra, and what he told me changed my life forever. I had awakened my Mangekyō Sharingan.
That was three thousand years ago, the world around us has changed, and so have we. I am one of those who knows how many people, so I might as well tell you about us. We are members of the Holders of the Mark well all of us are, but some of us call ourselves Team Yin-Yang. We all have either light powers, dark powers, or both, so we're Team Yin-Yang.
