"--nae! Golden maknae! Bangtan's maknae! Bunny kookie! Jungkookie! Jungkook, oh my god, wake up!"

"Mmmph," Jungkook groaned, slowly coming to consciousness as he rolled over, tugging his bedsheets closer to him and pressing the fabric against his ears to block out the noise. He hummed a little in content as the voice beckoning him awake was muffled, but the peace was short lived as the blanket was suddenly tugged out of his hands. He groaned again, louder this time as his face scrunched up in displeasure.

"Come on, you big baby. It's almost two thirty. Sejin-nim didn't give us a break for us to waste it by sleeping all day," the voice said, and Jungkook slowly opened his eyes, the small form of Yoongi looming over his bedside, eyes pointed and hands on his hips, clearly frustrated.

"What else am I supposed to do?" the maknae huffed, morning voice deep and gravelly. His eyes slowly started to close once more as his hyung clapped loudly, causing him to flinch.

"Nu-uh! I didn't just spend five minutes trying to wake you up for you to fall back asleep," Yoongi said, giving him a pointed look. "And we're supposed to be doing something fun or productive or something like that."

"But sleep is fun, hyung," Jungkook rebutted. Yoongi sighed heavily and ripped the blankets off of the maknae, the cold air causing him to whine.

"Hyung," he protested, and pawed at the area the blanket once was.

"Up," Yoongi demanded, and Jungkook groaned loudly.

"You're so mean to me," the maknae muttered with a pout, slowly sitting up as his newly dyed red locks settled, slightly disheveled and scattered from sleep. Yoongi ignored his obvious attempt at gaining some pity and crossed his arms, letting out a breath.

"Namjoon-ah wanted me to tell you to get up and go grab some banana milk. We ran out this morning," the elder said, and Jungkook rubbed his eyes before bringing his arms behind his back to stretch.

"Why do I have to go get it?" He complained, tone morphing towards the end of his sentence as he broke into a wide yawn. Yoongi instinctively yawned in response, and he covered his mouth as he did so before replying.

"So you have an excuse to get up," the rapper spoke. "Plus, everyone else is busy."

Jungkook raised an eyebrow, giving Yoongi a look. "You don't look busy."

"I'm going to be now that I woke you up," Yoongi countered with a slight edge to his voice at the disrespect from the dongsaeng. He knew Jungkook didn't really mean any of it, though; the maknae was naturally very grumpy and irritable in the morning. The only thing that was on his mind was going back to sleep, and when faced with that task his filter seemed to disappear. "I have to go get a new pedal for my piano since Namjoon broke it."

"Oh," Jungkook said after a moment, shoulders sagging as a small bit of guilt filled his chest. Yoongi gave his a small smile, sensing his shift, and gave him a soft pat on the shoulder.

"And, speaking of, I have to get going now. Don't go back to sleep, okay?" Yoongi said, looking at Jungkook for some sort of response. The maknae nodded, moving an arm against his chest to press it in another stretch, and Yoongi cleared his throat, causing him to roll his eyes.

"Okay," the singer mumbled, stretching out his arm as he yawned once more. Yoongi laughed softly at the response, mood lifted from the small bit of teasing. Heading to the door, the rapper only gave Jungkook a small wave before walking out of the room and down the hall, heading into their living room.

"I'm heading out now!" He announced as he stepped into the wide, open-concept room, and walked to the dining room, grabbing his coat off of a chair in their dining room and throwing it onto himself. Quickly sticking his arms through the sleeves, he pulled a soft black mask out of his pocket and slipped it over his mouth, grabbing the end of the zipper and closing up the jacket. He then shoved his phone into his pocket and slipped his hands into them, adjusting them slightly.
