Thirteen

Cheryl's POV
the farm, was my only hope now. since Toni and I were no longer together. At first it was cousin Betty who made me go under cover to see what was going on in the farm. but that's when Edgar took me to this closet.
and i saw him, i saw Jason. I couldn't believe it, but tears came to my eyes and I actually saw him.
"J-Jason. But i- i thought you were dead." I said and tears poured out of my eyes.
"he's here now Cheryl." Edgar said to me as he patted my back. and then he brought me back out of where Jason was. and I now knew I was meant to be apart of the farm.
Toni's POV
I needed cheryl i couldn't take this distance anymore. i was sitting at the bar, sweetpea and talked about everything. and he said she's not herself anymore. she's only wearing the colour white.
i haven't been able to notice because i haven't been going to school because i have no motivation to do anything without cheryl.
*the next day*
I actually decided to go to school.
I saw cheryl for the first time since our break up. and she saw me. she stopped in her tracks, and looked at me. tears fled into her eyes. and she stared at me.
she came over to me.
"Toni.. you're here." she said to me, her voice was soft. and sweetpea was right she's wearing white not red. but she took me by the arm and took me to the bathroom.
"Toni, why haven't you been at school since- our uh. you know." she said as a tear came out of her eye and dropped down her cheek.
"because, i haven't been able to get out. but i talked everything through with sweetpea. and he said you've changed." I said and she nodded.
"I joined the farm. since were no longer together, i haven't been me but then i've seen jason." she said, and my eyes went wide and i couldn't believe it.
"Cheryl. how did you see jason.. isn't he de-" and i was about to finish until i saw Evelyn come into the bathroom.
"Cheryl, Toni. i thought you guys were broken up." she said and we just both sighed.
"Toni, let's talk later." Cheryl said and she kissed my cheek.
"o-okay." i said and i got through with my day. every time i've seen cheryl she never smiled.
she was just existing, and she stared at me.
"Toni, come to pops with me." cheryl said to me as she came running up to me.
"uh, okay?" i said and we both went to pops.
"Toni, i wanted to talk about since we've broken up, you've had no motivation to do anything, maybe you could, join the farm with me?"
she said, and i shook my head.
"the farm? but i don't have any reason to join the farm, and i wanted to talk about us, you're acting like nothing happened. and like we're still together. but you explain everything 'since our breakup' and you kissed my cheek. you're acting like nothing truly happened cheryl." i said and she shook her head aswell, and took my hands.
"TT i dont want us to be broken up anymore. i don't feel truly me without you. but i feel like i have to choose, between the farm or you. and that's why i'm asking you to join the farm, so we can be together again" she explained to me and i nodded and i smiled.
"if that's what you want." i said and our lips connected again after weeks of not being able to do that.
and she smiled, and then something happened, cheryl's voice when she talked was normal again, it's like she was brainwashed by the farm, to always be happy. and now, it's like it was broken.

hello, short chapter it also probably sounds weird but i'm taking the farm and it's like a spell they put on you and it needs to be broken and maybe cheryl's is broken.
because in my eyes in this she didn't truly see jason, it was the spell making her think she did see him.
but she didn't!
