2 weeks later

I walk down the sidewalk on the way to the subway for school, the whether is warm, the air is fresh, and everyone is excited school will be over soon. I mean who wouldn't be excited? Everything is going perfect, all my grades are as good as they can get. My teachers told me I wouldn't even have to take the final exam, and I would still pass. My friends seem to be happier than ever, most of them are planning their summer vacations out already. While Lauren and Jessica always talk about their summer vacation they do every year, Tammy and I plan on having sleepovers every other day during the summer. Tammy and I have grown even more closer over the past few weeks, we have told eachother everything, and every little secret about eachother. Well, almost everything.

Carter.

I haven't mentioned that I have been talking to a guy online for the past 2 weeks, helping him get over his girlfriend that used him, and his friends forced him to break up with her. Jeez, some friends. I have grown to trust him, so I am certain it is not a 40 year old pedo. I hope. It's about this time when Tammy pulls me from my thoughts because we have arrived at the sub station, and once we got on I zoned out for the rest of the time.

We arrive at school and go our separate ways as usual. I go to my rusty old locker and pick out my pencil case, and head to first hour. Im at the door and walk in and right as I sit down the bell rings. I look over at Julia, and it looks as though she has seen a ghost. Uh okay.

"Um, Julia, you alright?" I ask slowly.

She looks at me and I can't help but feel that her eyes are staring into my soul. Okay calm down Blair.

"No, one of the MAGCON boys has a new crush, and it isn't me." Julia said as though it was a sin for them to like anyone else but her, even though they haven't even noticed her at all. One of her fangirl moments again.

"I'm sure they didn't mean to hurt you, did he say who it is?" I ask trying to be somewhat helpful, somewhat curious.

"No." She answered coldly.

"Well then you can't be certain that it isn't you." I smile at her reassuringly, and when I say that her face lights up. Score one for Blair.

"You're right! I was crazy to think it wasn't me! I'll play hard to get!" She said to me as the teacher started the class. I don't want to be around when she finds out that it isn't her. I shiver at the thought of her throwing a tantrum, she looks so innocent, but I know when the fangirl takes over, you can't control her.

Once lunch comes around I sit in my usual place, the end of a lunch table in the middle of the lunch room, Tammy sits at my left, Jessica across from me, and Lauren on Jessicas left.

Lauren and Jessica star talking about their summer vacation plans. Typical. I look around the lunch room trying to avoid the daily conversation of summer vacations when my eyes stumble upon Luke, with his arm wrapped around Brittany, oh and Luke was staring at me. Can you not. I say to myself in my head as I turn away like a diva, nice one Blair. I mentally congratulate myself. My mind drifts away as I think of last night conversation with Carter. At the end of the conversation I promised I'd tell him about one of my ex relationships so he could help me like I helped him. I think it would bring up bad memories I don't want to have to re-live, but he asked for it and he's been nothing but honest with me, the least I can do is return the favor. Right?
