Garroth's Point of View

"T-The Ultima! Get away from him! He killed them!" Vylad yells as he backs away from Aaron.

"Vylad! It's not his fault!" I yell at my baby brother who is freaking out. If he freaks out too much he gets ill. "Vylad, calm down. Breathe" I tell him calmly.

"You should be afraid of him Garroth! Get over here now. You too Zane." He says sternly. I look at Aaron as he nods to me. I nod back and start to walk over to Vylad.

"What are you doing Garroth?" Zane questions me. However, I don't respond. I just walk towards Vylad.

Vylad glares at the gentleman in front of him. I stand in the middle of the two wondering what I can do to help this situation.

"Vylad...calm down. Look at me...we're fine. He our friend" I tell him, grabbing his arm. Vylad pulls away.

"He's done it. Hasn't he?" He questions me. "Mom told me something that got me worried. Now I know what it was." Vylad says as he backs up even more. "How could you Aaron. How could you do this to one of your friends. I saw what you did. I know what you did." He backs up into a wall only to sit down and hug his knees. "I'm not stupid. I'm smarter than all of you combined." He says getting aggravated.

"Vylad..." I say letting him see my ears and tail. "I'm okay...it was an accident." I smile at him. But somethings off. He just stares behind me.

"Vylad. You've done well. Thank you. But you are of no use anymore." A voice comes from behind me. No to the side. I turn and what I see I can't believe.

"Laurence?" I ask as my best friend glares at me. "It's so great to see you but what do you mean?" I say walking to him.

"You're about to find my out my friend." He says creepily as a knife appears in his hand. He throws it past my head in the direction of Vylad.

Vylad screams out in pain as I look behind me only to see a knife jabbed into his shoulder.

"VYLAD!" I shout as I run over. "Vylad no, stay with me. Please. Please. Look at me. Hey hey. It's going to be okay." I say with trembling hands and a shaky voice.

"Little Laurence! What the hell do you think you're doing?" I hear Zane yell at my best friend. "You just crossed the line!"

"Oh Zane. Let's leave it be. I'll let him bleed out and come for you later. Goodbye" he tells Zane while walking away.

"Vylad, can you hear me?" I say looking at my brother who looks sickly.

"I-I will be fine. Just go. Get out of here." He whispers to me.

"No. I'm not leaving you." I tell him putting him on my back. "Lucinda. Once we get to safety. You must heal him." I say as I look at the smaller woman.

"I-I will try Garroth." She tells me.

"Let's go." I hear Aphmau tell the group as she walks up to me. "It's going to be okay Gar. I know you're worried but we need you. Don't think I'm not worried too but we need to get out of here." She tells me as I look down at her. I nod as we walk off together.
